Furthermore, the front-line staff—specifically a female employee wearing a hijab—displays a consistently hostile and unprofessional attitude during customer interactions. I request that corporate leadership review the management and training standards at this branch to ensure compliance with company policies and brand expectations.

While she is saying that - A unidentified skinny man( could be her boyfriend or a random homeless ) aggressively approached me in a hostile way to intimidate me then took my food and followed me outside while I'm on the phone with 911, threw the bag of food on my car - telling me I'm how horrible I am . I asked the rude brunet girl if she knows him and they protected his identity - he was eating out of Tupperware from a plastic bag that did not say Duncan and I'm an actual patron who just made a purchase waited 15 minutes for a wrong order and I'm asked to leave and told that I am no longer welcome in the store after asking for a refund. They told the police that I drove away from drive through without picking up the doughnut - which is a lie - FIRE HER AND THE OTHER GUY - It was a brunette Hispanic girl and a white kid that were behind a register. They need more people working there because they obviously can't handle the workload and it wasn't that busy.
