  There is a short Hispanic girl that consistently has a bad attitude. I believe she purposely messes up my order every time she is the one making it. She throws the food and tools in the kitchen around. Slamming things every time she has to take my order or make it. It’s honestly so annoying. Not sure what her problem is but everyone else that has helped me has been so sweet and kind. She is nasty and always frowning lol. Maybe she needs some coffee.

  It’s a shame that I’m leaving this type of review when this location used to be my favorite. It was super convenient because I lived right across the street. However, today when I came into simply pick up my mobile order and when I was told that they did not have a specific item that I Ordered. That’s fine but what’s not fine as being screamed at over the intercom when I asked them so please repeat themselves because I couldn’t hear them I don’t know if they were soft spoken or what but there is absolutely zero reasons and zero excuses to scream at someone. I tried talking to a manager in hopes that the next person would not be yelled at and in hopes that the manager will talk to the person who took my order but instead they wanted to defend their employee and defend their headsets. Having worked drive-through myself, there is absolutely zero reason to yell at someone whether it be taking their orders in the actual store or through drive-through there is absolutely zero reason to yell at someone. And as the manager it should’ve been their job to take accountability for it and advise the customer that the situation will be handled instead of defending tooth and nail. As I told the manager I will not be coming back to this location I will either go to a different location or Starbucks where they actually train their employees to be pleasant, and they hold their employees accountable on something like this happens.

  Ran out of cups. Seems like you would keep cups stocked at a store that sells beverages.

  These people got a listening problem. Order be all wrong. All the time. And get a attitude when u get it wrong
