- JFJeanette F.Oct 5, 20261.0Tall guy made it a point to actively ignore me while I waited for my online order. Had an issue with him before. No acknowledgement whatsoever. He walked right past the counter twice while I waited. Im not a small woman by any means so i know he saw me. The lady server helped me get my online order which only took her only 4 seconds. So my order was ready, it just wasnt put on the mobile order tray. I wish i got her name, she was very polite. Guy was very rude to me a about a week ago as well. I ordered a frozen coffee and sandwich(got an incorrect order which seems to happen often frim the reviews ive read). I waited and stated to him that i had coffee too. He was silent and didnt communicate it wasn't ready, he angrily stated he was working it. It wasn't my intent to make him feel rushed. I get your busy, I just wanted more communication. Aparrently rudeness is just his attitude. Still no need to get angry when you were the one not communicating. I won't be giving this location any more business. Its just too much rudeness from that one guy for me. Im not a rude person so it's very disheartening when I experience it.

I got out of drive-through because the lady refused to take my order correctly and when I went inside and asked for the store manager, the worker had the nerve to tell me you can come back here tomorrow to talk to the manager when I asked for the phone number he told me no they don’t have a phone and when I asked for the number to corporate, he told me look it up for myself. I go to Dunkin at least three times a week and I have never received this service that I received at this location. Definitely will never go back and recommend no one else goes here either. UPDATE…… After that horrible service, I drove to the Dunkin on Kirkman and west colonial Dr. not only did I get exactly what I wanted to order but got the best customer service as I always do at that location. I don’t know why I didn’t go there in the first place, but I will never ever go back to this location on John Young and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to ever go and spend penny in that horrible place‼️

I have came to this location about 3-4 times … I myself work and have working in multiple restaurant as general manager for over 15 years and still am in the same industry and although I am understanding of the wait time due to how busy the location get. This doesn’t excuse how every time that I have came to this location the manger is really rude to her staff . Not only does she correct her staff in front of customers she does it loudly .. I am sure she is the manager due to the staff member expressing that as a manager she needs to correct him in private , which I agree 1000%.. super unprofessional and ungrateful of how hard her team is working she is Hispanic with a nose ring… I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t return because the staff is great and the food is always good but she isn’t someone I would say she is not good roll model to this industry. I feel sorry for her staff ..
