I got out of drive-through because the lady refused to take my order correctly and when I went inside and asked for the store manager, the worker had the nerve to tell me you can come back here tomorrow to talk to the manager when I asked for the phone number he told me no they don’t have a phone and when I asked for the number to corporate, he told me look it up for myself. I go to Dunkin at least three times a week and I have never received this service that I received at this location. Definitely will never go back and recommend no one else goes here either. UPDATE…… After that horrible service, I drove to the Dunkin on Kirkman and west colonial Dr. not only did I get exactly what I wanted to order but got the best customer service as I always do at that location. I don’t know why I didn’t go there in the first place, but I will never ever go back to this location on John Young and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to ever go and spend penny in that horrible place‼️
- RRReinaAug 2, 20263.0The food was nice and fresh and the new coffee I had, tasted amazing. Highly recommend the new chocolate covered strawberry Kylie drink. While I was waiting at the window, I noticed the staff member with gloves. I saw her touching everything, the register, money, card reader machine and then go right back and touch the food. The is unsanitary in so many different ways. I thought of driving off thinking about how long she's had those gloves on had been handling food without switching out the gloves or washing her hands.

I have came to this location about 3-4 times … I myself work and have working in multiple restaurant as general manager for over 15 years and still am in the same industry and although I am understanding of the wait time due to how busy the location get. This doesn’t excuse how every time that I have came to this location the manger is really rude to her staff . Not only does she correct her staff in front of customers she does it loudly .. I am sure she is the manager due to the staff member expressing that as a manager she needs to correct him in private , which I agree 1000%.. super unprofessional and ungrateful of how hard her team is working she is Hispanic with a nose ring… I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t return because the staff is great and the food is always good but she isn’t someone I would say she is not good roll model to this industry. I feel sorry for her staff ..
