  They take ZERO pride in their food here. We have to eat this stuff. If they had to eat the crap they put in the bags, I feel like they would do a better job. My bacon egg and cheese bagel was an overpriced disappointment. The egg was way overcooked and half the size of the bagel, and the tiny amount of bacon they put on there was like they had a can of bacon bits and just sprinkled them on there. Shrink-flation at its best. I can’t wait for the robots. Bring on food vending machines. At least there will be consistency. The only thing that separates a human from a machine is the personality, and they barely speak to you. Ohh, right and that was $7 for a horrible breakfast. Over priced and disappointing. WOW.

  Waited at the front counter for over 10 minutes with three other people and not a single employee acknowledged us. There were only two cars in the drive-thru, yet all three employees focused only on that while customers inside were completely ignored. When I finally asked if someone could help us, I was met with a rude “give us a second” and an attitude. Two customers ended up leaving because no one would help them, and I did too. Poor customer service and very disappointing experience.

  The lady waiting on me took her time when I told her I was in a hurry. I asked for one dozen kid, friendly donuts, and she gave me a bunch of donuts without any frosting on them. When I asked her to change the donuts in the box, she walked away from me . There was a lady right there that could have helped me, but she was just putting donuts in the rack. She was super rude and rolled her eyes at me. The lady who is supposed to be helping me just didn’t explain anything or have a friendly attitude at all. I would’ve had more patience with her, if she would’ve given me a little customer service and explain why she was walking away. If I could give it zero stars I would I am never coming back here again. They basically ruined my day and I just woke up

  It’s a real shame, but the two employees working the morning shift haven't got a clue what they're doing. They charge you for items they don't even have in stock, and then they refuse to exchange them because "the manager isn't here." They are useless—the service is terrible. Worst of all, they take so long that customers just give up and leave. They have absolutely no desire to work. That place is the absolute worst.
