- VEVasalis ErrettiAug 8, 20261.0I went down here on my way to the airport with my 80 year old grandma so she and I could use the washroom quick. She goes to the ladies and when I try the men's it's locked. I asked the lady behind the counter politely if she could unlock it and she said that the men's washroom was closed. So I waited for my grandma to get out while she comments saying men can't use the women's restroom. When my grandma goes out I go in as only going pee quick. Suddenly I can hear the lady yelling from outside the door that men aren't allowed in the women's restroom. When I get out she continues to yell at us as we leave and go back to the car. If I wasn't allowed in the women's then she should have unlocked the men's, but upon looking at this location I'm kinda shocked that lady is still employed as there's lots of one star reviews because of her specifically. Either way I wasn't bothering anyone so there wasn't any need for her to start yelling at us. Do not come here, go anywhere else. I've never left a review before but that lady was so mean that this is my first review.

The service was a bit on the slower side, as the staff took quite a while to take our order despite it not being overly packed. With a little improvement in pace and team attentiveness, the overall experience could definitely be much smoother. On the bright side, the food and drinks made up for the wait. We ordered a variety of donuts, and they were fresh and a huge hit with the kids. I also tried the macchiato coffee, which was surprisingly good and well-balanced. It is a decent spot to visit if you aren't in a major rush and just want to grab solid treats for the family.

On top of that, the restrooms were closed, and customers were told to use the Racetrac next door—even while it was raining. Poor service, poor atmosphere, and this location has really gone downhill. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
