I was in the Walmart parking lot on sand lake road, not even 100 ft from the location by the Wendy's. Placed the order, went thru the drive thru and the lady said that she didn't have a mobile order. But the so showed that I was ordering from the 'closest location'. I called the other location, the times no one picked up, I left voice mails to cancel. I text messaged 6 times, still no answer. I sent an email to Dunkin corporate, nothing. This was all done last week. I have yet to receive a refund back to my card, a just card on the he 15.99 or even a phone call or message to acknowledge the situation. Dunkin, you stink!!
