  Ordered a dozen donuts on the app and was told in the drive thru that they don’t have any of the donuts I ordered (including glazed). They said they can’t give a refund and we have to do it on the app. The app doesn’t allow for me to cancel the order, I have to call customer service. Customer service is only open Monday-Friday. It’s Saturday. This has been consistently the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to.

  You close at 8:30pm right ? Stoped here at 1:50 and was told they didn’t have munchkins and flavors of other donuts at that time okay cool no worries adjusted my order then look in the box this is what we get. I asked the girl at the window what drinks were which as she was handing them out she said they should say on cup. Took more effort saying that. I would have took them back but my son was like just let it go exactly why we don’t come here.

  Pulled up to drive through, ordered my usual drink, and the new girl was all like, I don't really know what you're saying, is it this or is it that? Its an iced mocha latte...nothing confusing about that, and nobody at any DD has ever said that to me or didnt know what that drink was...anyway, I proceed to order the donuts and immediately get cut off as she says they're out of that flavor (only their most common and popular one) and suggested other flavors. Before I could even respond, she asked me, "is that all or is there anything else you want to order?". That was it for me, i called her rude and drove off...shame because ive never had an issue with this location and they always get my drink perfect! Someone like that won't last too long, so hopefully I dont have to interact with her again.

  The team at this location is awesome! Placed a mobile order, was greeted with a “good morning!” when I got to the drive thru, and was handed my drink as soon as I pulled around to the window. Everyone was so kind—really made my day!
