- SRSiul Ramostoday1.0If I could give this location 0 stars, I absolutely would. I had a very frustrating experience at the drive-thru today. While placing my order, I asked for the Tiramisu Latte with Dunkin’ Marshmallow, but without the marshmallow. The employee told me that wasn’t possible because “it comes like that.” I was genuinely confused as to why such a simple modification couldn’t be accommodated. I also tried ordering a refresher without ice, something I order almost every day, and was told that wasn’t possible either. Since I found the situation so strange, I decided to call two other locations to ask about these modifications. Both confirmed that they could accommodate my requests without any issues. I’m not sure why this particular location made something so simple so difficult. I understand that certain drinks have standard recipes, but being unable to make basic modifications, especially when other locations allow them, is extremely frustrating. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Customer service should be about helping customers, not making a simple order unnecessarily complicated.

Just now there are 4 that I could see and none of them were interested in waiting on customers. There was no one but me in line, it's 2:30 pm and 2 are making coffee, ones on the drive thru and one seemed to be asking everyone else what they are doing. After 4 minutes I left to the store just down the road. Completely empty of customers. The cashier there was busy on her headset cursing at someone. Again, nice remodeled store. Large touch screens to place your order yourself but not all donuts are on the screen so you are forced to try to get help from an employee Someone needs to train the employees please

They two males that worked 1-2pm today were utterly rude and disgusting and acted as if they were in some type of reclusion center or something. Extremely snarky, talking back and being extremely rude while serving at the drive-thru window! I had to drive off and throw my food and drink away because I saw they’d spit in it! the way they rolled their eyes or talked back when I asked for anything like a napkin or a bag for my food. 2 male employees who are a disgrace for Dunkin and how expensive their crappy food and coffee actually is! Will never go there again!
