- JJJaliyah4 days ago1.0I walked into this Dunkin’ on Sunday, July 5th around 8:00-9:00 this morning with my brother and my friend, and I was honestly disappointed. The employees were extremely loud and seemed more focused on gossiping than helping customers. On top of that, they got our order wrong, which made the experience even more frustrating. I used to come to this location all the time and never had any issues, but it has really gone downhill. The atmosphere felt unprofessional and it wasn’t a welcoming environment. At this point, I’d rather drive farther to another Dunkin’ location than come back here. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because this location used to be much better.

I was waiting for my coffee and the donut for my son, she gave me the coffee and I said excuse me I am also waiting for the pink donut, with attitude she (red hair tattooed) told the other lady in the register that I was missing a donut, then I sat down and couldn't even try the coffee, was boiling. I got up and said hello, she replied what else you missing? I said I am not missing anything, I ask for kids temp coffee and is boiling hot, she said I give you ice on the side. I didn't want ice. I wanted more milk because was strong too. She didn't let me speak, I even tipped in the register, I went inside to have a treat with my son and let him choose and then I wish I didn't go inside. If you work in costumer service you need to service the costumer, specially if you ask for tips, If you dont like dealing with costumers then don't mess up orders or find another job, simple.

Stop tipping and then the corporations will be forced to pay their employees higher or suffer the consequences

I repeated my order 2x and the guy kept saying the price went up because of hash browns but I never ordered hash browns. And when I got my coffee, it was also wrong. This location is trash. Don’t go there.
