The employees are not friendly, there is little to no customer service, and they often have an attitude as if they don’t want to be there or don’t care about the customers. They are constantly out of items, and when they do have what you order, the order is frequently made incorrectly. I understand that mistakes happen occasionally, but when the same problems happen over and over again, it becomes a pattern. It is extremely frustrating to spend your money on a drink or food, only to receive something that is poorly made or not what you ordered. At that point, the entire experience is disappointing. This location seriously needs to improve its customer service and provide better training on how to properly prepare orders. Customers should not have to leave this location frustrated and dissatisfied every time they visit. Unfortunately, I have reached the point where I would rather drive farther to another Dunkin location where the employees are more welcoming, take pride in their work, and actually seem to care about providing good service. Management needs to take these complaints seriously. This is not an isolated incident—it happens consistently, and something clearly needs to change.
