- LMLego MomJun 22, 20261.0I ordered a mocha with almond milk, they gave it to me with no milk and it was super super sweet. I went back to the window and I told him that it’s too sweet. They offered milk, but I was like no it’s fine. Just give me a latte, almond milk And just sugar on the side, don’t put it in the drink. They charged me again for the new drink And I received my new drink, and it was even sweeter than the one previously made although I told him not to put sugar in it. I hope they can refund me one drink at least since I had to toss both wasted about 8$

I especially want to recognize Brendan he is incredible every time I visit. He is always polite, well-mannered, and truly an outstanding employee. There was a time I had an issue with my coffee, and Brendan, along with Stephanie, fixed it right away with no hesitation. Another time, he went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I left satisfied as a loyal Dunkin’ customer. I would absolutely hire Brendan for my own companyhe’s that good. Thank you, Brendan, for consistently going above and beyond. This Dunkin’ is lucky to have you. While customer service at Dunkin’ can sometimes fall short, having someone like you there makes all the difference.

There was no welcome to Dunkin or can can I get you something, just YOU MUST PURCHASE FIRST! The lady who rang me up for my latte, shorted me on my change. I received my latte and it wasn't made with the extra caramel I ordered. After purchasing I asked to use the restroom and it didn't have any toilet paper and was a filthy mess.

I told them I planned on purchasing something after I used the restroom. They said no purchase something first. Later while drinking my latte another customer comes in and same worker guy has no problem letting this man use the restroom before buying something. Shouldn't discriminate, pick and choose on which guest has to purchase before using the restroom. I won't go back to Dunkin after this. There was a puddle of water at entryway and in the mens bathroom. I told the worker and he did nothing about the puddle of water in the bathroom.
