- TLT. LexJun 29, 20261.0*** Beware*** Nasty Manager Alert🚨!!!*** The female, Hispanic manager here is the nastiest customer service employee I’ve ever encountered in my life! This woman said that she could not make my shake with almond milk instead of cream because it would cross-contaminate HER blender. Mind you, I’ve come here about 10 times within the past month, and ordered and received my drink the same way. I have always received great service from the staff; however, the two times I encountered this manager, last week and today, I left without any food. If her goal is to run customers away and decrease sales, she is doing a fantastic job! So much so that she should get a raise! After canceling my order, I pulled up to the window and asked for her first name. She shut the window and walked away. After realizing I was waiting at the window for her to return and give me her name, she called the police. I then said, you're calling the police because you do not want to give your name. She responded, I don’t have to give you my name. The police will be here soon to move you out of MY drive-thru window. I love how she continued to use the word my: MY blender, MY window, and MY drive-thru. This woman is delusional! Dunkin is not only the name of the company, but also who all of those things belong to. The sooner she learns that, the better. I am writing this review because I want Dunkin to know that the decrease in sales that I’m 100% certain have occurred since this manager started managing this location are not by happenstance; they are directly related and caused by this woman’s nasty behavior, nasty attitude, nasty management style, and nasty customer service. She's just a nasty person all around in every way. As the store manager, calling the police on customers for asking for your name should never happen! I hope she continues to do this and eventually gets criminally charged and prosecuted for Abuse of 911. Since she has zero conflict-resolution skills, she needs to do something other than manage a store where people buy things and problems arise. She looks like she can barely manage herself. Dunkin, please get Ms. Nasty out of there! Thank you in advance!

When I asked for a remake it was the same and was told that’s how the coffee is supposed to be made. I asked if she could do regular coffee with a shot of espresso instead, I was informed I’d have to pay or she’d have to fire one of her employees. I’ve never had to argue with a manager like this before and ended up just going to Starbucks down the road. Don’t waste your time here.

I’ve traveled the country hitting Dunkin’s everywhere you could ever think of and he was the best drive through person ever. Needs to be looked at for a promotion! Anyone who brings that energy to a fast food job should be a manager!
