I would not recommend this place. The customer service was very poor staff seemed disengaged and unhelpful, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism. My order was made incorrectly, and when I asked for it to be fixed, I was told they couldn’t correct it. There was also no communication about happy hour, which added to the frustration. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and disappointing. I will never go back here again.

The drive-through is always backed up or something is going wrong with the service in drive-through is not adequate enough for customer. Poor management skills are provided among staff. I know you have to do mobile orders but still the customer in front of you is first.

To the Administration at Dunkin Donuts:
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the Dunkin’ Donuts located on Powers Drive and Clarcona-Ocoee Road in Orlando, Florida.
My experiences at this location have consistently been negative. The customer service is poor, and staff interactions often come across as unprofessional and dismissive. It appears that employees are not properly trained, and the overall MANAGEMENT of the store reflects a lack of structure and accountability.
This is not based on a single visit, but a repeated pattern of unsatisfactory service. Customers are not treated with the level of respect and professionalism that should be expected from a business like Dunkin’ Donuts.
I strongly believe this location needs significant improvement, including better employee training, STRONGER MANAGEMENT oversight, and an overall review of how the store is being operated. At this point, the location needs to be revamped and brought up to a proper standard.
I hope this concern is taken seriously and that appropriate changes are made to improve the customer experience.
Thank you for your time and attention regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
Craig E. Edwards

This Dunkin Donuts is very close to other businesses and people are walking across the street with headphones in their ear and not paying attention. I nearly hit the Dunkin Donuts pole because it's so closed in. It's difficult to find the drive thru and while I was waiting there to order my food they said over the intercom that they didn't take cards. Last week I went there and got the pineapple mango day dream and it tasted differently from the Dunkin Donuts in Ocoee. It tastes worse. I won't go back!
I was deeply disappointing to visit this Dunkin’ location and be met with complete indifference from the staff. Employees failed to greet customers upon entry, avoided eye contact, and made no effort to acknowledge anyone walking through the door. For a brand that built its reputation on quick, friendly service, this level of disengagement is not only discouraging but entirely unacceptable and falls well below the standard customers deserve.
