  Alen was a phenomenal server! He was attentive, knowledgeable and gave great recommendations! A member of our party had a seafood allergy & he made sure to inform the kitchen for special cleaning instructions. Our dinner was so smooth and delicious! 12/10 we loved our dinner & we loved Alan as well!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Drafts Sports Bar & Grill. Right from the start, the menu gave a poor impression it’s outdated, worn out, and clearly hasn’t been refreshed in a long time. On top of that, there isn’t even a proper drink menu. There’s no clear list showing basic options like soda, juice, Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi, etc., which makes ordering unnecessarily confusing. The biggest issue, however, is how disorganized and poorly set up their system is. None of the staff could give accurate information about what’s shown on the website or through the QR codes. The QR system is not user-friendly at all—it doesn’t clearly allow you to place orders, doesn’t guide you properly, and doesn’t provide the basic functionality you would expect. Even though they claim to offer to-go orders, there’s no real way to place one through their system. On top of that, there’s no clear or consistent information about what time they stop taking to-go orders. When you ask staff, you get different answers or no answer at all. It honestly feels like the system is set up in a way that pushes guests to dine in instead. Food quality was also disappointing. The fries clearly come pre-seasoned, which makes it obvious they’re frozen, and there’s no option for plain fries. For a place that promotes itself as family-friendly, not offering a basic option like unseasoned fries for kids is a big miss. To make matters worse, the waiter was rude, which only added to the negative experience. Service overall was very slow. It took 20 minutes after being seated just to have someone take our order—and the place wasn’t even full. For a restaurant connected to a major resort during peak season, that’s unacceptable. This isn’t a new place—they’ve been here for years. Management should absolutely know how to staff based on hotel occupancy and demand, and ensure their systems actually work. Overall, the experience felt frustrating, disorganized, and poorly managed. Definitely not what you’d expect from a restaurant in a resort setting.
