- NNnabeyance4love5 days ago1.0I have ordered the same take out dominos pizza from this location for my son and I every Sunday. I always order the same thing. One medium stuffed crust Wisconsin cheese pizza on the same day from the same people. Not the 2 for special discounted price deal. I always pay full price and I tip 20%. Yes - $26 last week I ordered two of the full price same pizzas. I got less ingredients with a thin crust. Even though I was disappointed, I returned today to pay full price for one of the same pizzas. When they called out my name when it was ready for me to take it. As I was taking the pizza and saying thank you to the man. He says thank you MISS Sharon in his most sarcastic mannered voice with a big grin and I heard them talking about Universal hotel deliveries being so bad loudly next to us. I took the pizza and I didn’t think to open the box and check it before I got all the way home. I assumed and trusted that it was good. When I went to get in my car to drive home I saw a Universal Studios team member name tag without a safety pin on it, on the ground next to my car door. It had the name Frank printed on it. I was there every week and I ordered the same pizza from the same people at this same dominos location. When I arrived home and opened the pizza box, the crust was thin and disfigured and barely any cheese in the stuffed crust. Barely any toping on the pizza. So disappointed. If this means so much to you. Don’t worry I won’t be returning. I work a lot for that money to pay for that dominos pizza for my son and I. Lesson learned $$$$$$$$$$ ;^ |

We scheduled our delivery time which was over an hour in advance and they confirmed our delivery time and then didn’t deliver until 30 min afterward. After we got the pizza up to our room we saw that one of our 2 pizzas was not what we ordered and we had people with dietary restrictions so we couldn’t use it. When I called the Dominos to fix the problem I was on hold for over 40 min and still no one ever answered the phone. Recommend finding your pizza elsewhere.

I ordered two hours before close and it said our food was being made at 12:23 and would be delivered around 1:45. I waited until 1:45 and it still had said making which it has been saying for the last hour and a half so I called probably 6 different times all before close and not one answer. I tried to notify anyone and no one was answering there was no help on the website. The most horrible service I have ever received and I didn’t even get the food or be serviced. As time went on it was pushing the delivery time back even after close yet still no response or answer. Just now at 3:02 I revived a call for them that rang for probably a second and wasn’t able to get on the phone with them because they still chose to not answer the phone for the last hour and a half when they close at 2 am. Never got any email about it being cancelled I had to go myself to the email I first got when the order and check just to see my order was cancelled.
