Shortly afterward, a male employee took my order and clearly told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I returned after 20 minutes, the same female employee again claimed it would take one hour, even though I had already been told otherwise. After waiting several more minutes, my order was finally prepared. The issue was not just the delay—it was the employee's attitude. She was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. When I asked why she was speaking to me that way, she simply denied being rude instead of helping resolve the issue. I also noticed that she spoke much more politely and respectfully to other customers than she did to me, which made me feel singled out and unfairly treated. No customer should be treated this way. Management needs to address the customer service problems at this location. I left extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
