the service was good but the pizza was disgusting, worst dominos i’ve ever had.there was an old caucasian man making the pizzas, pls put him on the register or something because again it was DISGUSTING and a waste of money

Pizza was completely raw.
They didn't even start making it until after I got there even though I ordered online, so I had to wait.
Worst of all? When I said it was raw and not hot the person there just gaslit and bs'd me. He said IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE THAT WAY. He blamed the white sauce, and said they couldn't possibly make it longer or anything to compensate(it was white and undercooked on top, too).
Had gotten pizza from here, including this same one, dozens of time before without issue. But according to who was working there today, that was just my imagination.
Suffice to say, never going back here when they can't do the bare minimum that's expected and can't make it right when they mess up.

I ordered through the Domino’s app, and at first everything seemed fine because the food was ready when I arrived. But when I got home, I realized the order was wrong.
I called the store before driving all the way back so they could start correcting and remaking the order. Instead, they put me on hold and left me there for the entire 20-minute drive back to the store. When I got there, I had to hang up and speak to the manager myself.
The manager, Katie, was completely unprofessional. Not once did she apologize. No accountability, no concern, nothing. She just said they would remake the order. After already wasting my time driving back, I then had to wait another 45 minutes. And after all of that, the order was still wrong.
At that point, I asked for a refund. Katie had an attitude the entire time, was rude, dismissive, and kept making excuses instead of simply owning the mistake. My wife even told her she had a bad attitude, and Katie’s response was just, “Okay.” That tells you everything you need to know about the level of customer service here.
To make it worse, we were not even the only customers there dealing with messed-up orders. Clearly this location has a serious problem with accuracy and customer service.
This was a complete waste of time and an extremely frustrating experience. I will not be returning to this Domino’s location, and I will be contacting Steven, Katie’s supervisor, in the morning.

Before leaving my house to go back, I called the store to let them know so they could correct and remake the order. I was placed on hold and stayed on hold the entire 20-minute drive back to the store. When I arrived, I finally hung up and spoke with the manager, Katie.
Katie did not apologize at any point. She simply said they would remake the order. After waiting another 45 minutes, the food finally came out, and the order was still wrong. At that point, I asked for a refund.
Throughout the entire interaction, Katie was rude, had an attitude, and made excuses instead of taking accountability or apologizing. We also were not the only customers there having issues with their orders.
My wife even told Katie directly that she had a bad attitude, and Katie’s response was simply, “Okay.”
This was a very frustrating experience from start to finish. I will not be returning to this location, and I will be calling Steven, Katie’s supervisor, in the morning.
