Pizza was terrible. Better off eating a frozen pizza from the Dollar Store!! Garlic Knots are just as bad as the pizza.

I've tried and tried with this place. I used to enjoy ordering from here. However, we have now had 3 orders over the past 6 months quote a delivery time that is eventually doubled. 17-32 minutes becomes 55 to 65 minutes. The first time I was given and explanation. I figured "meh ....stuff happens". It was going to be 90 minutes though so we politely agreed to cancel. Then, a month later I wanted cheap corporate pizza so I ordered. EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED. EXACT SAME EXCUSE. The pizza gets cooked, then sits on a shelf for over 30 minutes at a minimum then goes out for delivery. So you're paying a fee and a tip to get old pizza. That was several months ago. Tried again tonight. You guessed it. Cook was complete at 8:23 PM and after calling, it was going out for delivery for AT LEAST another 30 minutes. I know so many people complain about overall delivery times. I do not. I complain about pizza costing an extra convenience fee with less quality due to sitting in a store. Fix the timing. Maybe if everyone started getting their food and calling back to say "refund me or bring me a fresher order" they would figure it out. 3 times is poor management and a poorly run operation at this point. Update: Just to add a little more, when their "manager " calls to rectify you can tell where all the issues come from. I've heard call center employees with better ability to communicate. It's a passing the buck, excuse filled call where they just say "here's a free large 1 topping". Her focus was on how much time it took to deliver. When I tried to explain a 1 hour delivery isn't the issue, just more frustrated tone filled with excuses. Pathetic leadership was my guess. It was proven true.

I completely understand that I placed my order a bit late, around 11:45 PM. However, I live only 7 minutes away, so I had more than enough time to arrive before your posted closing time of 12:00 AM. When I arrived at approximately 11:50 PM, the shop was already completely closed. An employee was inside washing dishes, and despite knocking on the door several times, I received no response. Another customer was also outside knocking and trying to get someone’s attention with the same result. When I checked my email, I saw that my order had been canceled. I don’t believe this was handled appropriately. Your posted closing time is 12:00 AM, not 11:50 PM. If orders cannot be fulfilled during the final 15 minutes before closing, that should be communicated clearly or ordering should be disabled before then.

This Is The Worst Location In Orlando. Ordered My Pizza, With Directions To Leave At The Door, Driver Refused To Deliver My Pizza To Me And Drove Away. I 1000% Recommend Choosing Another Location. I Will Never Order Another Pizza From This Dominos EVER Again. Nobody That Spends Their Hard Earned Money Should Have To Deal With This Kind Of Service. Hands Down Hope This Location Goes Out Of Business. I’ve Known The Old Manager And They Use To Let People SLEEP IN The Store. It’s Always Been Unclean And Always Had Pizza That Makes People Sick Because They Dont Cook The Food Thoroughly, I Have No Idea Why I Thought Since Having New Management It Would Be Any Different. Please Spend Your Money Elsewhere

Horrifically incompetent and extremely rude service. Cross contamination, constant switch between food handling and cash handling and not one hand washed. About eight people standing around doing nothing. Over an hour wait for carry out will never return
