Do not order from this Domino’s location. My wife and I had just driven all the way from Texas to visit Disney and arrived in Orlando late that evening. After a long day on the road, we were excited to see that this Domino’s was open until 1:00 AM, so at 12:24 AM we placed an order through the Domino’s app for delivery to our hotel. A short time later, I received two calls from the store but missed them because we were unloading luggage and unpacking after the long drive. When I called back, a female employee answered the phone with nothing more than “Domino’s.” There was no greeting, no introduction, and no professionalism whatsoever. From the tone of her voice, it was obvious she either didn’t enjoy her job or was simply ready to go home for the night. I explained that someone from the store had just called me, and she immediately said, “It will be an hour before we can deliver your order.” The Domino’s app had already informed me of the estimated delivery time when I placed the order, so I was fully aware of the wait and had absolutely no issue with it. Having worked in customer service myself, I got the clear impression that the reason for the call was to encourage me to cancel my order. Since the store closed at 1:00 AM and my order was placed at 12:24 AM, it felt like the staff simply didn’t want to make another order that close to closing time and wanted to start their cleaning and closing procedures so they could leave as soon as the store closed. What makes this even more frustrating is that my hotel was only 1.5 miles away from the store, so this wasn’t a long-distance delivery request or an unreasonable expectation for a business that was still open and accepting orders through its app. When I told her to go ahead and cancel my order, she then asked, “How close are you to Universal?” At that point, it felt like she was hoping we were outside of the delivery area so she would have another reason not to fulfill the order. I replied that my address was already included with the order and that the store already knew where I was located. She then responded by telling me that I was rude and proceeded to hang up on me. Regardless of how busy or stressful a shift may be, hanging up on customers and speaking to them in an unprofessional manner is unacceptable. Customers should not feel like an inconvenience simply because they place an order during posted business hours. This experience left a very poor impression, especially as visitors from out of state who had just driven from Texas and were simply trying to get a late-night meal after a long day of travel. I will be filing a complaint with ownership or corporate regarding this interaction, and I will not be ordering from this Domino’s location again. I hope management addresses these customer service issues so future customers receive better treatment than we did.

Excelente la pizza. Producto de calidad. Atención rápida y esmerada. Retire el pedido pero en el salón se puede cenar sin problemas.

I would say that they have delicious pizza, but it is not a restaurant you sit to have a meal in. The staff is fine. They are polite and helpful!
