  I ordered a pecan apple salad and when I received it from the waitress it had no pecans. I wasn’t informed that they were out of pecans until I said something. Then my server tells me they are out of pecans. They did end of given me a discount on the salad.

  Came to Dave and Busters for my son’s birthday party. Communication in advance was great, and the party itself was a blast and very reasonably priced. Michelangelo was our suite host and Frank was the manager. Both were fantastic and very accommodating. Thanks for a great time and looking forward to coming back.

  Not great, not horrible either, just okay. The kids enjoyed the arcade and the power cards are reasonably priced for the amount of play time. However the amount of belligerent drunk adults all over the arcade area just ruins it. Maybe on a weekday afternoon at the arcade with your children one doesn't need to be completely smashed.

  Have to give a shout out to Paloma and Sidaui because although this is a place I come to VERY often in the past 4 years, today this 2 beautiful human beings took care of me and my special needs boys in a way that touched my heart. I tend to come here as a first responder alone to just distress but today out of all days I met them 2 and I left happier than I have ever left before. Goes to show you that the kindness, attitude and the simple sense of humor on people can make the difference. I hope that (if you are not already up there) you both can make it as managers or even higher for the customer service you provide. Wholeheartedly thank you for making my day!! Continue the great job, it will take you both far ❤️

  We had an awesome experience at Dave & Buster’s thanks to our server Austin. He brought great energy from the start and made us feel welcome right away. He was attentive, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His positive vibe really made the whole visit more fun. Definitely one of the best service experiences we’ve had! Honestly, I always have a good time at Dave & Buster’s. It’s the perfect spot when I want to eat, have fun, and just enjoy the vibe all in one place. The games keep everything exciting, and the atmosphere is always lit. It’s a go-to for me whether I’m out with friends or just trying to have a good night. I’ll definitely be back!
