Football Sunday was a massive hit. Get there early…we practically had the arcade to ourselves. Time for kickoff and time to eat, lucky enough to have Dante as our server. With $5 drinks and 10/$10 wings, we were locked in. There’s a fine line between being attentive and hovering and Dante nailed it. He was the perfect addition to our meal. Fully on it and anticipated our needs. Professional and courteous—slinging tasty wings and cold drinks on time. 10/10 server. 10/10 football Sunday. *Don’t skip the Top Gun game*

I had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s! Dustin and Amelia provided great service and made the whole experience even better. The food was really good, everything tasted great, and the atmosphere was awesome. The area was fun, lively, and a great place to hang out with friends and family. Overall, I loved my time here, and I would definitely come back again! Highly recommend Dave & Buster’s! 🎮🍔

I visited your restaurant today for dinner and had a very concerning experience with our server, Natasha. After a 20-minute wait on slow night we were met with unprofessional and unpleasant behavior throughout our meal. A few key issues included: Bringing my water in a child’s cup despite my request for an adult glass. Arguing with my husband about his order and making snarky comments. Poor hygiene practices, including touching her face, mouth and hair repeatedly without washing her hands. Directly asking why I was unhappy with the service in a confrontational manner. Having worked in hospitality for over 20 years, I understand how demanding the industry can be, but this level of service falls far below reasonable standards. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure better experiences for future guests.

Overall one of my worst experiences out to eat service wise. Our server destiny table touched us 10 mins after we sat down. We explained we were waiting for our 6th person and would wait to order and for her to come back in 20 mins. We proceeded to wait 30 mins before flagging down another server who said our server was across the dining hall. When we looked she was talking with a friend. We then finally were able to order and had all planned on doing the play and dine deal. To which our server Destiny said it wouldnt meet her sales number and was alot of work and that if we walked to the other side of the dining hall and used the machines we'd get the same rate of 4.99. We didnt really understand but said okay and ordered of the machine. Only one member of our party got their drink refilled the entire meal while we watched her interact with everyother table. Food was amazing and we enjoyed it. But never got a second glance from our server except a "hows the food" as she walked to another table. Not even stopping to pause. We then after finishing and trying to find her waited a additional 20 mins as she had disappeared and we were unable to pay our bill. We saw her greet and interact with the other tables and were finally able to flag her down to come over. She then came out with a recipt for one of our party members and said she charged him a extra 5 and whether he'd pay for her mistake and use it to redeem for another time. We politely declined. To which she disappeared for another 15 mins. She finally returned with the receipt and bill to which a automatic gratuity had been added without any comment about it from the server. We then asked for the manager at this time. We explained all that happened and asked for the tip be excluded to which he agreed. But made no attempt at any apology. Then our other party members were given their receipts to which ontop of the 30 they were paying 25 for the game card 4.99 for the meal. Each was charged a additonal 4 dollars. To which destiny said it was the total to which we walked over took a photo of what the machines promotion was and showed. Then she grabbed a manager who changed it to a correct amount. Overall atmosphere and food are decent but even the basic concept of kids arcade food service wasnt delivered at any level.
