  Very disappointing experience. They were out of Hennessy on a Tuesday night which was frustrating, and the food took an hour to arrive. When it finally came, it was hot, but the wait was unacceptable. On top of that, the bar was extremely hot and uncomfortable the entire time. The worst part was that the restaurant and bar closed at 12 AM, while the games were also shut down earlier than expected, even though the website says they’re open until 2 AM. The hours online need to be updated because they are misleading. Overall, a very disappointing visit and not what I expected from Dave & Buster’s. I would not recommend based on this experience.

  We came to watch the World Cup game and the place was, understandably, packed. However, considering it is World Cup season and the US played tonight, management should have known better and had more servers and bartenders available. Our server was all over the place and had too many tables to wait on. It took a long time for our drinks to arrive and even then, it was a different server who brought them and apologized on behalf of the other server. The food was fine. But the worst part of all was that the A/C was not working properly and it got HOT in there. They had portable A/Cs in the area with the games but not in the area where people are eating and trying to watch the soccer game. It was terrible service, terrible atmosphere, and mediocre food. Will not return again anytime soon.

  I have hosted multiple events at the Main Event in Georgia. So when traveling to Florida with a group I thought Main Event Orlando would be a perfect place to host a small group of 60. I was wrong! They had the space... they had the set up... but they did not properly staff for the plaza they were in having a FIFA watch event on a Friday night, much less MY event. To make it worse, they tried to blame me! They really did not care! The manager said he couldn't spare a server for my 60 people. Eventually I was seated separate from my group in a section where the server had 3 tables including mine.(?) My drinks and food came quickly. Too bad my group didnt recieve that kind of service. I guess since i already paid they REALLY do not care. Book at your own risk...

  I want to recognize Tati for providing exceptional customer service during my visit to Dave & Buster’s. From the moment I interacted with her, she was friendly, welcoming, and professional.   This was my first visit to Dave and Buster's and I can't say it was great. To start with it was Hot! It seems they have had an issue for over a week and it was close to unbearable. They should have discounted the games but to my understanding they cost for each game was the same. Your could tell that a lot of the machine were rigged to not win. Especially the claw machines. Or granddaughters were quite disappointed. The cost for the prize shop were really unreasonable. The food was average at best. The salad was not fresh. The wings were meh and the sliders were as well. Service was slow even tho they were pretty empty. Disappointing overall. Finally, the Savior were the games. A good number were fun to play even tho the sucked your credit like a vacuum.
