Great customer service tonight. My brother and I were still eating at 10:30 PM, before the 11 PM closing time, but apparently using the restroom was already too much to ask. I even asked politely for the manager, and the person who said he was the manager still refused.
To make the experience even better, the staff started spraying cleaning products around us while we were eating so we could really feel rushed out.
If customers can’t use the restroom or finish eating comfortably before closing time, maybe just close earlier instead of pretending the restaurant is still open
I’m writing this from the drive through where I’ve been stuck for 40 minutes and counting. If you can’t handle drive through mobile orders then don’t take them.
I'm done with them, they are horrible with how the rip people off, they lie on the menu and prices, look at their menu, they have a left side and a right side, left side is regular items right side is large items, they have queso, the price is in the large (right) side the almost $3 is for a tiny little cup, it is almost $6 for a tiny bit bigger cup of cheese "get lost" what a scam. ALSO, if you dont like onions, tomatoes etc like me, beware of the sour cream, they are slobs and drop all that crap in the sour cream, and they will scoop it all onto your food. And they will not replace or remake your food for you after you left with it. Yeah, I do like their burritos but im sick of em, not worth the headaches or their prices.
I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this Chipotle Mexican Grill location due to an employee (partially dyed pink hair and glasses). She is consistently rude and dismissive. When she makes mistakes with orders or charging, she reacts like it’s an inconvenience to fix something she caused. I’ve also seen her treat other customers the same way. Because of her attitude, I’ve stopped going to this location altogether.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Finally, a Chipotle That Gets It Right!
I’ve been waiting for a Chipotle to open on Narcoossee Road for a while now, and I’m happy to say it was absolutely worth the wait. As someone who eats at Chipotle fairly regularly, I know what to expect when I walk through the door, and this location delivered on every level.
Now, I’ll be honest — being a brand new location, there were a few early visits where you could tell the team was still finding their rhythm. That’s completely understandable and something I’d never hold against a new store. Every restaurant needs a little time to work out the kinks, build that team chemistry, and get the flow of service dialed in. What impressed me is how quickly this crew got up to speed. By my most recent visit, everything was running smoothly from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out.
The food was outstanding. Every ingredient on the line looked and tasted fresh — the rice was perfectly seasoned, the proteins were well-prepared and flavorful, and the guacamole tasted like it had just been made. You can tell this location takes the “fresh” part of Chipotle’s promise seriously. My bowl was loaded up generously too, which is always appreciated.
What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. The crew members were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure my order was right. They greeted me with a smile, moved through the line efficiently, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. That kind of energy makes a huge difference and honestly sets this location apart from some other Chipotles I’ve been to.
If you live or work in the Narcoossee Road area, do yourself a favor and stop in. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, picking up dinner for the family, or ordering through the app, this location has earned my trust. I’ll definitely be coming back — and often.
Keep it up, team!
