Why you guys close at 11pm if ypu don't want to serve customers 15min before. Now I know why this people have 3 stars only, one of the worse rated chipotles in the contry. Good job managers.

- JOJosh OliveroAug 16, 20261.0Went to this Chipotle and arrived at 10:30pm. I needed to utilize the restroom and opened the door to ensure they were functional. They were and just cleaned. I proceeded to order my food and ask if I could use the rest room as it was blocked with brown chairs. The employee went over to the team lead a taller light skin female and she said no. Not because it was out of order but they cleaned it so although i was a paying customer. They decided that cleaning the restrooms 1/2 hour before close would give her the right to refuse all customers to utilize the rest room. This is unacceptable behavior by the team lead and I will be personally contacting Neville Panthaky Vice President of Culinary about the horrible experience here and how they treat paying customers.
