  Usually all chipotles around the world are amazing. This one in particular is not clean at all, all tables were uncleaned and after an hour they did not clean them.

  This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. I waited over 40 minutes in line only to find out they were out of pico de gallo and guacamole. The entire operation was completely chaotic and disorganized. Employees were making orders for customers behind me while people in front were still waiting. At one point, they stopped making the orders of customers standing at the front of the line to make a quesadilla for someone farther back. There was no clear system, no communication, and no concern for serving customers in the order they arrived. To make matters worse, I had rewards available in the Chipotle app and was told I couldn’t use them. After waiting 40 minutes in line, being unable to redeem rewards that I had earned was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The lack of organization, poor customer service, missing menu items, and refusal to honor rewards made for a terrible experience. Management needs to take a serious look at how this location is being run because this is not the level of service customers should expect from Chipotle.

  Absolutely terrible. Don’t go here. I DoorDashed food from here and chipotle put all the food in upside down, the bag was torn at the bottom which made all the items fall out and spill so I only got to eat half of my food, got my order wrong and didn’t even try to put it in when I pulled up the receipt and it was clear as day that it was there, sour cream and cheese and guacamole were TOWERING portions compared to the salad ratios ( mind you my whole family got salads and this was the case for all of them) all the meat in the salads were cold including the portion I got for a side. Overall horrible experience and would never go there again.

  If I could give zero stars I would. The young man serving was about to serve rice without asking which kind I wanted. More concentrated in other things than the customer in front of him. Then the lady serving the toppings was more engrossed in whatever else was going on that what we were asking her. When it was our turn to pay the cashier walked away. We waited over 15 just to get checked out. We bought up the concern to the manager and she just said you’re getting checked out now. In other words she didn’t care. Food was cold, rice was extremely greasy. I will not return to this location and will spread the word of the horrible customer service experienced at this location.

  6/6/2026....I love Chipotle. But here in Grand National Dr in Orlando. The service, cold food and atmosphere is horrible. I waited in line more than 15 min after ordering our food. The cashier took her sweet time going back and forward to the back of the kitchen. I spoke to manager and did not address the situation. Did not spoke to the young cashier. We were all in line very upset. The guff around while serving and play too much. This kids dont know what speed and customer service is.
