Do better chipotle!! Get more people at this location, this a tourist area, ridiculous, waiting 35 min minimum every time and my chips were horrible

It is shocking that Chipotle such a renowned restaurant would employ someone as rude and unprepared as her! This isn't the first or even the second time this has happened with this same person; I’ve never had a problem with any of the other employees at this location, they’re all are truly wonderful and super professionals! It’s just this one girl who seems to be in a bad mood all the time I stop by and is extremely rude, not just to me, but to all my coworkers from the Sephora next door causing us to stop going to Chipotle and look for other restaurant options for lunch every day!
- FSFransisco SanchezAug 2, 20261.0El servicio es pesimo cada dia, en este lugar los empleados no les importa los clientes, las mesas son muy sucias, la basura mantiene llenas, no tienen quesos, nachos y lechuga vieja, despues de esperar 25 minutos en linea espezamos ordenar nuestros 4 platos y despues de ordenar la proteina y el servicio lento como 8 empleados pero nadie les importa toda la espera y luego dice que no tenia queso, ni nachos y casi se habia acabado la lechuga y la que quedaba estaba vieja. Poque no colocan en la entrada los productos que ya no hay, o que los empleados antes de ordenar decir que no tienen disponibles, el gerente deberia darle verguenza decir que el es que es lider y organiza el lugar.
