  Every single time I order delivery from this store. Something is always wrong. I added a sprite to my order. And the workers did not add my sprite in the bag. In return they gave me an in use soda cup instead of a refund. Which I spent 17$ on FOR A SPRITE ONLY. Today I ordered a burrito. They gave me someone else's order, which had guacamole which again I am deadly allergic to. 🤦🏾‍♀️ They gave me a free entree but I would prefer my money back bc I will not be eating this.

  A mi me encanta la comida de Chipotle. Pero, he notado que los que he visitado no hay alguien pendiente para limpiar afuera. Todo desordenado. Pero no doy un bad review porque pudo ser en momentos de rush.

  I moved here two months ago and have been to this Chipotle a few times already and it's so good every time. It is a little on the salty side but it's SEASONED aside from that. We eat gluten free so having a Chipotle this good is a blessing and it's also next to CAVA! I hope it stays this good! Sometimes some of the staff you interact with aren't the friendliest (but usually the main person(s) you deal with are super nice) which I see a lot of people complain about on here. If you want friendlier service maybe go to a sit down restaurant. Going somewhere in a similar category to McDonalds and wanting great service is wild... It's a tourist town, these people see a million idiots a day. You'd be in a bad mood too. I just go in and get my food and go home no big deal to me. As far as anyone looking to sit in, the seating is somewhat scarce mostly meant for smaller groups. As long as it tastes good and it's hot that's all that matters! I hope they continue to bring the flavor!

  My experience at this Chipotle was very bad. The food was served almost cold, as if it had just come out of the freezer, which is unacceptable for a restaurant. In addition, the place was quite dirty. The tables were not clean and the overall environment was unpleasant. The bathrooms were in very poor condition: there was no soap and there was paper all over the floor. The service was also very slow. They clearly do not have enough staff for the location and the number of customers they receive, which makes the experience even worse. They definitely need to improve cleanliness, service, and food quality. I would not recommend this place in its current condition.
