- LQLaura Q3 days ago1.0Been here twice already and it’s been a horrible experience both times. Portion sizes are horrible, the bowl looks like a kids portion even though we paid full price. They were skimping out on almost every topping for no reason, we asked for cheese and they gave us only some strips when they clearly had more. Do better.
- FSFiorella Siracusa3 days ago1.0staff was alright they barely gave me rice, 2 veggies and almost no protein. Had to ask for more rice and when he only put 2 pepper in my bowl he just smiled at me. Honestly disappointed
- LRLauren Ritter3 days ago1.0We were super excited to have a Chipotle so close in Lake Nona, but with our experiences, we’ll probably just be getting our food from the next closest location. We’ve had to follow up on serving sizes multiple times, paying for double protein and getting microscopic portions. Set a pick up time for 2:40, just to get there and wait over 10 minutes because “they didn’t have chicken”. Manager offered no recovery beyond “I can get you chips or a drink or something”. Nothing positive to say.
- VCVirginia Crim5 days ago1.0DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! This chipotle should be removed. Their serving sizes are horrible. They were extremely slow for a fast food restaurant! They charged me for extra chicken, when I asked for more chicken in my bowl because the girl who served me one put like 5 pieces of chicken on there. After I called them out about it to get a refund, I got attitude and nasty faces.
