  Excelente atención de todos los chicos y chicas del lugar, por ser nuevos te hacen vivir una muy agradable experiencia. Soy recurrente de la mayoría de los chipotles pero la atención al cliente de este en particular es excelente, gracias Karla y Katiria por la atención de hoy!

  Idk who the kid was on the line at 7 PM today but he needs to slow down and listen to customer i was getting serve my protein barbacoa anf before the guy serving me finished grabbing he was grabbing the bowl out of his hands and asking 20 different things when there was no line like calm down dude i couldn’t even ask for my double protein.

  Nothing but the best from this Chipotle! The Chipotlane is super convenient and the employees are very nice at the window! They have a huge patio for customers who would like to eat outside. In store, the customer service is wonderful. Charles and Elijah are awesome and super polite! The food was on point, the rice looked so good compared to some locations and the steak was perfect right when it came off the grill! I'll definitely be back to this location as it was faster than going to the Lake Nona or BVL locations. Its right in the middle between both those locations which is perfect because thats where I live.

  I recently visited this new location and wanted to share my experience. First, I want to recognize the young lady who prepared my food. She was friendly, had a smile on her face, and provided excellent customer service. She made me feel welcome and deserves recognition for her positive attitude. Unfortunately, my experience with the cashier, Siul, and a few of the other employees was not as pleasant. They did not seem welcoming, and Siul appeared as though she did not want to be there. As someone who enjoys greeting people, making conversation, and trying to brighten someone's day, I was disappointed by the interaction. When I came in, I felt like my presence was an inconvenience, and I even noticed eye-rolling, which made me feel unwelcome. Since this is a new store in the neighborhood, I believe it is especially important to greet customers with a smile and create a friendly atmosphere. Customer service plays a big role in whether people choose to return. I have been visiting another location a few miles away for some time, and experiences like this make me consider continuing to go there instead. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because I would like to support this new location and see it succeed. This version is firm, specific, and more likely to be taken seriously by management.
