  Hey chipotle, one of your awful workers at this location was dumping chicken into a bin and reached over to my wife’s tortilla with his bare unwashed hand to move it. Hand flat on tortilla and slid it over. Believe the reviews, worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The line was only a few people long but we stood there for around half an hour only for them to be out of a lot of ingredients. One employee stood around doing nothing, the one who was supposed to be assembling the food was moving intentionally slowly and found himself quite funny for it. One person was doing meal prep in the back and apparently there was a fourth worker who came out of nowhere after we’d already been there for nearly 45 min. When somebody finally started putting my food into foil a random person walked into the store and up to the counter to ask a question since there was nobody near the register and she started asking him what he wanted in my food, it seemed like she actually forgot who she was supposed to be serving. After I told her she was holding my food and the guy left, I asked her to put more protein in the tacos she had barely filled she said “EXCUSE ME?” In an oddly offended tone and when I repeated myself she rolled her eyes then did it. Honestly the weirdest chipotle I’ve been to. Weirder than Memphis.

  If I could leave a 0 star review about the company chipotle as a whole, I would. And the craziest part is that the food is FIRE. Place is so good to eat… when something isn’t going wrong. The workers are never able to find a solution for problems, they’re more concerned with putting less food in your bowl than they are actually helping you, and if there is a problem, they’ll tell you that the app can fix it with its AI assistant that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Genuinely I would eat here everyday if it wasn’t for the incompetence of the company. Great food, lackluster customer service AT BEST, 0/10 experience.

  Great service with friendly faces and smiles. They had delicious food, and great portion sizes as well; I didn't feel like it was skimpy or too much. The folks behind the counter were down-to-earth and mostly bilingual in English & Spanish. The seating was clean, and the speed of service was unmatched! Amazing experience overall!

  The customer service is something that should be addressed at this facility. It has been a few times iv been through this. On thing that stand out is they mock and give you dirty looks when you ask for more of something. I have had one man pile beens on after I asked for extra so many and so fast it turnd it to soup. The spoon has wholes in it and they had no time to drain. I had to ask another employee to please make me another. The food is good but I'd drive ferther to another Chipotle just recive better customer service.

  They say they close at 12AM, but closed down drinks and toppings and everything by 10PM. They said their rewards scanner wasn’t working and I couldn’t use my reward. Food was cold and old when they gave it to us. Honestly don’t waste your time coming here. I rarely post bad reviews but this was a ridiculous waste of money.
