- MGMonica GraciaAug 3, 20261.0The worst Chipotle on Universal Blvd. One of the employees, Tonya, was extremely aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. She was yelling at customers, constantly rolling her eyes, and treating people with complete disrespect. It wasn’t just my opinion. Multiple customers around me were commenting on her terrible attitude. What was even more shocking was the way she treated her coworkers. She spoke to them in a rude and disrespectful manner, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere for both the employees and the customers. The most upsetting moment was when a young boy politely asked for a cup of water. She completely ignored him, even though everyone around could hear him. Only after she realized people were watching did she respond, and instead of helping him kindly, she yelled at him and told him to wait. The entire restaurant felt chaotic, and there didn’t appear to be a manager present to address the situation. Employees represent the company, and behavior like this should never be tolerated. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Chipotle, and unless management takes this seriously, I won’t be returning to this location.
