I’m a Black woman, and the way I was treated didn’t sit right with me at all. As my food was being handed to me, it was just left sitting there while the employee rang up another customer—no acknowledgment, no “one moment please,” nothing. That alone was already poor service. Then when I asked for light fajitas and sour cream, she dumped a huge amount of sour cream on my food. When I told her it was too much, she completely ignored me. To make things worse, they didn’t even have guacamole ready. Overall, the service was unprofessional, inattentive, and honestly disappointing. Experiences like this are exactly why people are starting to prefer places like Cava.
