  I had the worst experience today at Chipotle on east colonial drive today. So disappointed, all of the food was over cooked, the staff was inattentive and all Of the tables were dirty with very little Customers in it. I chose to sit in my car and eat my food before leaving the parking lot. I couldn’t believe a Chipotle was being run like that. Even the manager ignored customers sitting and waiting in the line to be greeted or order taken. She has her clipboard and was more concerned with that. I was never greeted upon entering and there was no one at the line to serve the food, I had to wait while they wiped down behind the glass and take out the silver container, wash her hands and then come back, no one stepped in, not in the manager with her clipboard, she ignored everything happening. It was so Weird, Chipotle is usually a well run ship. When I finally make it to the register I had to wait again for someone to show up to cash me out. I paid and walked over the sit down and Every table was filthy. Every table. Imagine choosing to sit in your car than An actual restaurant. The steak was over cooked and hard, Fajitas were as well, it looked like mush. Very disappointed. Will not be visiting Chipotle again any time soon.

  Waited so long in line just to get COLD food. Asked for a burrito bowl, one kids meal, TWO orders of 3 tacos and when I noticed I only got 2 tacos on each order and was charged for 3. I go to Chiptole mutiple times a week but nothing compares to todays experience.

  I don’t want to get anyone in trouble so I won’t say a date or time, but I watched the lady who prepared my food wipe her gloved hands on a towel instead of changing her gloves. As I watched it.. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she just changed them… but unfortunately …. My husband and I both had digestive problems after eating our chipotle. The only thing we ate in common was this meal. Please educate your employees on food safety practices. The food is usually very good at this location and I’ve never had any problems here before this.

  The worse chipotle on planet earth everything is always out 5 hours before closing and starts running aswell as 2 hours before every time I have been here it has things out fajita peppers, and scraps of barbacoa.

  Note that there's an auto response from Chipotle below that is the same response they've basically sent every single person that put up a negative review. They say they'll respond to you right away but they don't actually respond I would just steer clear of this store. I've ordered from here several times in the last couple of months through Uber eats. My go-to has always been a burrito bowl with brown rice, corn salsa, cheese, sour cream, and Romaine lettuce. I get them with a large order of chips and mix the bowl up, then scoop them up with the chips. I've been doing it this way since 2007 (Chicago) This store really skimps on the cheese and sour cream. This has been true of every one of the 6 Bowls I've ordered in the last few weeks. In one of the orders they just gave me white rice for both bowls. But what's really got me is the chips. They're smaller, break apart when attempting to scoop up the bowl contents, and don't taste like that used lime on them at all. Chipotles chips used to be the gold standard. Now they're just barely ok. I don't know if it's this store that's changed things up, or if it's chipotle overall, but it's no longer worth it.
