This is not only the worst chipotle I have ever been into, it is probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had(below fast food services even). Over the past year I’ve come into this location 3 times only and it has been the same every time. Trash overflowing out of every bin and piles of trash just on the floor. Only 2 or 3 people working at any given time, and always rude staff and service. There’s always a 30 minute wait because staff doesn’t know how to make bowls/burritos. Food is always cold and soggy. Honestly, this will probably be my last time ever eating chipotle, the experience coming here was so bad that I think I’ll probably just give up on chipotle indefinitely going forward. Come here if you want to be sick, disappointed and insulted all at the same time.

Its gotten more and more unkempt, last week the ice machine is constantly breaking and today my girlfriend and her friend brought me back lunch and the Barbacoa bowl was only partially edible. The meat was too tough to eat for the most part. I always order the same item with no problems ever. Please do better.

But goodness, when I tell you it don’t matter what year, season, month, week, day, hour, minute you walk into this Chipotle it is just awful. Dirty, slow, bare minimum service, really needs a manager that’s going to put some TLC into it. Only reason I come back is cause it at least taste like Chipotle
