Lawrence, I came in to the chick fil, a location, just was over this area and came in, and he greeted me with such a perfect smile and was so nice. The restroom when I had to use it was very clean. The food was very hot, I ended up coming with me. And I definitely will be back. You said he was the manager, but wow, y'all really are doing great because he has a great customer service people skills. I mean to let it be known I felt like I was at the store 5 and below because every time somebody walks in, they say hi, welcome to Chipotle. It was 2 other guys working. And they were so awesome as well, everybody had a smile and everybody was out to help very awesome things to The

So I asked the service line worker if I can get a bowl and a bag of chips included to substitute the crispy tacos, she said yeah but when I got to the register the manager, who I didn't know was the manager at the time, told me he couldn't do it. When he could have but just didnt want to. Evening shift manager really didn't want to give away $2.00 to make a customer happy. This was on 5/8/2026 around 5:57pm Order# 365
