  I love Chipotle but lately it's been very disappointing experiences. Today it started from outside the store. A guy who I didn't expect to be an employee, pulled on his motorcycle, on SPEED and parked on the sidewalk in front of the Restaurant almost in fornt of the main doors entrance. Last time that I checked any vehicle registered it's considered a Motor Vehicle by the DMV. Those vehicles have to park at the parking lot.....!!! Not the sidewalk....!!! Not only putting the customers in danger pulling with speed to the sidewalk that also has a columnthay totally creates a blind spot to those that are coming from the oppositeside. Also acting with no consideration to those that need the space on the sidewalk like kids, people on a wheelchair or people with disabilities to walk. You know, the pedestrian in general. To my surprise the same guy that stepped out the bike pull to the kitchen with no hand washing, hair net or gloves , grab what it looks like clipboard and go sit in the dinning room. To later pulled to the kitchen. To my surprise he was clearly an employee for this store. Not that guy business stopped there. He also pulled to the front, to me looks like he was about to start taking customer showing his underwear because the way he was wearing his pants. This is family Restaurant for the love of God. I understand we leaving in a weird world on this days but Guys, a Restaurant ? Do I need to see the underwear of the guy that is about to make my food ? I don't think so. I'm coming to this store for the past 10 years since I started working at the Airport. Never again... The last times it's been very disappointing with the attitude from the people that they have serving customer. It feels like a zombie it's taking my order. No greetings, no smile at all, the best example it's they are using like a hood type self mechanism pose. Like if look to you bad you wouldn't give me any crap or at least you will think twice.. Again, this is a family Restaurant. The manager on this store it's failing to corporate picking people that should be not dealing with customers. Also the portion it's been quite not consistent. Today the tray cheese was almost empty. He pulled in a hand and cheese was over. He didn't asked me if I want more even when he knew it was a small portion but the don't care. That's the attitude in this store. I got pictures of the motorcycle parked in front. I just didn't see any options to upload pictures. But sadly I'm going to switch back to Moe's. Because for a God darn $18 a meal without a drink ???? I will expect a little better on my service. And of course they forgot the dressing for my salad. As usual...

  In my opinion, it's a hit or miss with this Chipotle, sometimes I order and it comes out so mouth watering and delicious, other times it can a miss, as in the chicken is very chewy and not that appetizing. It is a little on the pricy side though but it's to be expected. I recommend downloading the app, you can accumulate points for free add ons, they even give you free chips for signing up so theres that. Always room for improvement but good job overall 4/5.

  There’s never any steak, cheese, lettuce, nothing. Every. Single. Time. No matter what time I come in. Doesn’t matter if it’s 4 pm or 9pm ( actual times I came in ). I get yall close at 11 but why have no food 2-3 hours before you close? Sounds like someone didn’t do enough prep tbh. Poor management if that’s the case. You ask the employees if they can grab more and “ they ran out and can’t grab more “ what’s the point of even staying open if you have no food. And who exactly is the manager not ordering enough food? There’s literally no reason to not have food if that’s what you sell….

  This location is usually my go to, I just walked out aggravated as hell because it is literally 8:36pm and they have no white rice. They literally tried to sell me a 2oz cup worth of old rice. Ridiculous. You close at 11 and you have the audacity to have an attitude about not having any and having zero intention of making more. I come here all the time and literally won't be back for fear of the shear stupidity | just witnessed rubbing off on me. There's one up the street. I went there and the service was wayyyyyyy better, and guess what???....they had rice.

  Stale chips, no effort to clean around tables, male employees joking around talking loudly and using profanity didn’t look well when I visited.
