  This place needs new management. They are absolutely swamped and the manager just walks around with her tablet doing absolutely nothing. The pick up area is horribly disorganized, it seems however comes and asks about their order is what gets made first. Nobody seems to know what stations they should be working at. It's an absolute joke of a restaurant. Terrible experience.

  Horrible service. I asked for a high protein bowl and they didn’t even know how to do it or even have the ingredients. I do all the line and when the manager came she treated me horrible and told me that if I want that I needed to the line again (What?). It is a huge line and I already do it, the mistake was not mine and you want me to do the line again all over even when they told me they didn’t even know how to do what I was asking for. Definetely trust me don’t go to these Chipotle you will regret it.

  This was one of the worst food quality experiences I’ve had. The chicken contained multiple pieces of cartilage, skin, and other inedible tough parts that should never have been served. I documented everything with photos. This happened at the Chipotle location in Millenia Mall, Orlando. As a blogger, I share honest reviews with my audience, and this experience will be one I discuss because customers deserve better quality and consistency from a company with Chipotle’s reputation.

  If I could give this place 0 stars, I would, last week I visited and had a very disappointing experience with customer service, The employee with blonde braids appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation with a coworker while I was waiting to be served she mentioned being recently promoted to a manager position and continued the conversation while I was present, her attitude felt dismissive, and I did not feel acknowledged or greeted in a professional way. During my wait, I also noticed she was frequently on her phone laughing When it was time to prepare my order, I did not observe her washing her hands before handling food, which made me uncomfortable as a customer. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and did not reflect the level of service expected in a food service environment. I hope management addresses customer service and basic hygiene expectations more seriously.

  Everything was bad the put no meat or rice the lady was disrespectful and everything I didn’t not like the service it was terrible and she lied and everything I didn’t like the service or anything🤬🤬🤬
