  8/7/26 around 4/5pm i ordered chipotle and the white cilantro lime rice had absolutely no lime it was just plain white rice.

  I have never seen a chipotle that dirty, foods literally everywhere, nobody is cleaning anything, they give you half a scoop like it’s a normal scoop and on a question can I have a little bit more of anything they roll out their eyes like they have to pay for it, dude bowl is $15 give me a little bit more rice and salad nobody is asking you for a free steak, I don’t think they have a manager at all, absolutely ridiculous and dirty place, won’t be back better go to a different location

  hi i came into your restaurant today with mom and little brother to order lunch as i was on a lunch break and hungry i ordered my food and the guy who made it also rung me up and cashed me out he was really nice and kind though i feel he should've continued to cash me out before cleaning the spill especially since a line accumulated i noticed my lid on my bowl was not properly attached so i slide it closer to close it fully i had a side of cheese sauce on top of it also that spilled when i pulled the bowl closer and that's when all hell broke loose and i was treated as if i broke the law almost every employee came out of the kitchen with aprons and gloves on still to look at I'm assuming a wall you guys just had painted that the sauce got on first off if you cherish your customers and put the effort into serving the customers and making sure lids are fully secured I'm sure you will gain excellent customer service also maybe place signs around saying fresh paint or wet paint so cs are aware in your establishment not only did all the employees give me a nasty look they said slick remarks in Spanish assuming because my skin color is dark i was black instead of being Dominican which i am and i speak Spanish very fluently so i heard exactly what the lady said when she looked back at me i was gonna address it then but i felt this needed to be a bigger matter i come to this location alot and after todays visit i can honestly say this will be my last mistakes happen but to treat the cs wrong for it is not proper customer service it was humiliating to have all employees come out look at the wall and give me a crazy look then return back to working with the same gloves and apron as if i supposed to automatically knew the wall was just freshly painted almost makes me not even want this food i paid $16 for im very upset and do not like the way that situation was handled a simple no worries or its ok couldve went a long way you should teach your employees to be mindful of the things they say in spanish because you never know who understands it and know you lost a loyal customer in me

  This place is a mess! Came at 5:30 pm and most tables for dining were not clean. Was only one on line and took 5 minutes to get service. Saw 4 people behind counter, each not doing anything Prep. Are was covered with food as from previous orders. Did not expect this from a place I dine at often

  I don’t know what is going on with one of the workers, but one of the lady’s should be more chill and not looking so angry and serious (with pink/purple braids). I almost lost my desire to eat in there. I know we can’t be happy all the time, but that’s it!
