  This place is mad disgraceful thank god for that sweet guy they had WORKING ALL ALONE DURING A NIGHT SHIFT he was truly moving as fast as he could and explained to everyone he was the only one on staff tonight and even though he had mad disrespectful customers who couldn’t grasp the fact he’s alone on night shift having to serve one of the most busiest times of the night in a ucf college zone. He was great the food was great but chipotle rs do better

  this is the one chipotle in this area that i think is good and the workers are nice and respectful i just wish chipotle had a vinagrette option on the app but you guys deserve 5 stars cause it’s not your fault 💔

  Edward (the manager) and Gian are the reason this is my go-to Chipotle. I had a complication with my order after an earlier issue, and they resolved it quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. They even went above and beyond to make things right. Excellent customer service and genuinely great people. Highly recommend this location.

  The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here multiple times and they genuinely never have all the ingredients in stock. The service is also horrible. It’s so bad that I drive 15 minutes instead of 3 to go to a different location. I’m convinced all of the positive ratings for this location are fake. Don’t come here

  Once again, should’ve wrote this review a lot sooner, but I let it slide a couple of times until tonight. First of I am standing with maybe one person behind me, and the worker skimps my and my girlfriends portion sizes because he’s rushing with the spoon to make our bowl: what is with the rush? The most embarrassing representation of customer service and making an experience. He then gives me a face for asking for a little more extra rice as half of it fell from his spoon. It’s rice guys, I should not be asking for extra rice. Then they are also out of cheese, cheese that’s not homemade, how are we out of this? And somehow (I have video proof), a month earlier, they were out of rice claiming the rice cooker is “broken “ (something absurd that I’ve never heard from any chipotle location ever. I got steak and shake next door, carbs k not even 30 minutes later, and they were serving rice again… I am tired of the small portion sizes, bad and rude customer service and throwing my money away from lies. I get is a college town but I’m tired of complaining, seeing no change, no real compensation from this and no change. This location officially lost a customer (which I doubt matters to how little the store is cared for by the manager considering how dirty it always is).
