  This location says it closes at midnight. I came in around 10:50 PM, ordered my food, and they automatically packed it to go without asking. After paying, I sat down at one of the tables that still had chairs down. Only then did the cashier come over and tell me the lobby was closed and I couldn’t eat there. When I asked where I was supposed to eat, she literally said, “I don’t know.” I asked about the outdoor tables and was initially told those were closed too, although she eventually let me eat outside. If the lobby closes more than an hour before the posted closing time, that needs to be clearly stated. Otherwise, it seems like the staff is shutting down the dining area early to finish cleaning before midnight.

  Unfortunately, my experience at this Chipotle was disappointing mainly because of the service. The staff was not very welcoming or attentive, especially the young lady who was working the cashier. I understand that restaurants can get busy but good customer service should still be a priority. This young lady was texting on her phone the entire time I was trying to pay for my food. She did not ask if I wanted a receipt or if I wanted to scan for points - after sitting down, I get up to ask for a receipt which she hands me the incorrect one so I get up again and she seemed like she had an attitude by me asking for something she should have given me the first time. The whole time, she kept giving me the nastiest looks as if I did something to her LOL. Hopefully management can address this because there is room for improvement.

  They will skim you on the protein portions but load your bowl or burrito with rice. The staff has no personality. The food is all right, but a l too salty for me I guess if you don’t have to eat it, you don’t care how you season it. Lately chipotle used to be the rave of the town, but they have been falling short lately.

  I come here fairly often, like 3-4 times a month, and I have had a mostly positive experience. Food 9 times out of 10 is good. Service and staff have been mostly good, once in a while you deal with a person (usually a young high schooler or college kid) who clearly doesn't care or want to be there, but they aren't super common. Overall, not a bad place to go get food.

  Taste was disappointing and staff was rude. I will not return to this location. They didn’t have the steak I wanted for my bowls. I feel like it was a complete waste of my money.
