  Staff member Amanda was awesome. The food was great and the chipotle honey chicken was awesome and perfectly cooked. Portion was on point, I took some home. Amanda cashed me out and she was the highlight of the night! Give that girl a raise

  I had a horrible customer service experience on 5/4 between 8pm and 10pm ,the restaurant team on duty was incredibly disrespectful when I gave the name for my order and were laughing and making jokes about me instead of remembering to add my guac. The manager on duty clearly was doing a poor job of reigning in their employees or keeping them on task and allowing them to harass me as I picked up my order. 1 star service and the last time I will ever eat at this location. Teach your staff some common manners and respect. Very very poor representation of chipotle as a company.

  I recently placed an online order and unfortunately had another disappointing experience at this location, which has become a recurring issue. This is my go-to store due to its convenience, but repeated problems with order accuracy and service have become frustrating. I ordered honey chipotle chicken quesadillas, but instead received plain quesadillas with double white rice. I observed that an employee accidentally added black beans, then scooped them out and covered the mistake by placing white rice on top instead of remaking it properly. This raised concerns about both quality and food handling. Additionally, I ordered three tacos with sour cream, but none of them had sour cream as requested. I also paid for a large bag of chips, but the bag I received was mostly empty with only a small portion inside. When I returned to the store to address the issues, I did receive the correct quesadillas; however, the rice was not freshly remade, which was disappointing considering the original mistake. More importantly, the overall interaction with staff was not professional. I felt like I was being a bother rather than a customer with a valid concern. There was no apology offered, and when I asked about how the order was supposed to be made, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is not the first time I’ve experienced issues at this specific location. The repeated inaccuracies and lack of proper customer service are concerning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in both order quality and how customer concerns are handled moving forward.

  I really like Chipotle but they are too damn expensive and the time before last I went there, they messed up my order, I got 2 barbacoa burritos, the sour cream had all kind of crap in it, a lot of onions ended up on both burritos, I called the store and even with the receipt they told me sorry about that and we will not remake them for you. I emailed corporate and asked if they would do something for me about it and also told no by them. $25 for 2 messed up burritos, if someone higher up reads this and wants to make it right, please feel free to make that order right and let me know. I've never had an issue before and have been a ton of times, that did put a bad taste literally in my mouth being told sorry but we won't do anything for you.
