  Limited toppings, queso is not fresh, tables are not cleaned, portions are small compared to other locations. Staff acts like they don't want to be here. Avoid this location.

  I walked out of this Chipotle because double chicken was like 1.2 chicken. I said something about it, then I said "Never mind, have a nice day". I've eaten Chipotle 200+ times, I'm not mistaken. Chipotle has gone down hill but this one is a below the low standard.

  Tried to order a quesadilla in person at this location on 08/04 around 9:45 p.m., which I’ve done multiple times before. The manager (a young, short man with glasses) told me they don’t take quesadilla orders in person and that I had to order online.When I told him I’ve ordered one in person here before, he just said, “I’ve been here two years, and we don’t do that.” I asked what the difference was between ordering online and in person, and he replied, “We just don’t.” I like ordering in person because whenever I order online from this location, something in my order usually ends up being wrong. It was frustrating to be told I couldn’t order the way I always have. This location used to be so good, but lately every visit reminds me why I don’t come here as often anymore.

  Worst chipotle out there. I will never step foot in another chipotle again. I went into this location and I ordered two bowls and had to order 2 orders of protein because of how little meat they give. And they still got the order wrong! Then tried to order a quesadilla but was told I could not order it on the same order instead I had to go online and order it separately. EVEN THOUGH I WAS IN THE STORE. Make that make sense!I had to sit there with the two bowls and wait for what they call a quesadilla which it’s not a quesadilla at all. By the time I was done my other food was cold. On the website they say free chips and guacamole but guess what that’s also a lie you can only get it if you create an account so I ended up paying for that! Which I threw it away once I got home because the chips were stale and the side of cheese is gross. If you are in the lake Nona just know there are better options out there like Tijuana Flats or even Bolay. Never again
