- TCThomas Crowell2 days ago1.0This is my third time giving this location a chance after numerous bad experiences, and unfortunately, it continues to disappoint. Previously, I’ve had issues with the portions being so small that I’ve had to pay for double meat just to receive what should be considered a normal single serving. On top of that, the cleanliness of the restaurant is unacceptable. Every table was filthy, and the floor was just as bad. Then I get home and realize my burrito wasn’t even properly wrapped. How is it that a restaurant that specializes in burritos can’t even properly wrap a burrito? At this point, three chances is more than enough. The food and service need significant improvement, especially for what you’re charging customers.

The beans and cheese were extremely dry, and the restaurant was so hot inside that it felt like the AC wasn’t working. The entire place looked dirty and unkept. Even the fountain drinks tasted flat. There were over 15 employees working, but unfortunately, every single one of them seemed lost and unsure of what they were doing. The service was very disorganized, and overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I really hope management takes the time to address the cleanliness, food quality, temperature, and staff training.
