    The service and staff are doing an amazing job & working hard for being open less than a month. I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A a few times, and staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. People comparing this location to Waterford makes no sense. Food takes just as long there to get, if not longer. This is a brand new location. I’m sure they are still learning while having to deal with demanding, entitled & impatient customers. Shout out to Coco for being a great manager. Watched him take care of getting orders out while helping other workers and handling complaining customers effortlessly & with a smile. Keep up the good work!

    I have been to this location twice and I’m so glad there is another location nearby because the Waterford location is overcrowded, cramp, small and takes a good 30-45 min to get your order via drive thru. Inside it’s very rare to find a place to sit and is crawling with children all over. This location is definitely a relief for that one. It’s been open for less than a month, and they haven’t completely hit their groove yet, but you can tell they are trying their best. It’s large and roomy, love the designated app drive thru line and love the large parking lot! Whoever is complaining about the wait time for a brand new location with prob half of the staff being minors and this being their first job with probably zero to little prior experience, should go visit Waterford where it is the same or worse and they also have a lot of young workers and less space, with the equivalent wait times and they’ve been open for YEARS! The night shift lead that I’ve seen gets in there and helps the staff and all of the rude customers complaining. I pray none of your children get treated this poorly at their first jobs. Give them some grace. They just opened!

    By far the worst chick-fil-a restaurant I have ever been to. I have ordered for pickup twice in the last 3 days and both times my order is missing multiple items. I have ordered food from here at least 2-3 times a week for my family and something is always wrong. I am fed up with this location. At first we were happy that we wouldn’t have to drive to Waterford anymore but to be honest I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the Waterford location. I thought they would get it together after being open for a couple of weeks but obviously not.

    Mobile drive through is not working. There needs to be a person standing outside the mobile drive through section ensuring that the orders are being placed through the app prior to allowing the cars to continue other wise what’s the point of the line if people get to the window and say “I didn’t know it was a mobile order line” also the quality check is really inconsistent my muffins were burnt on my sandwich and I had never experienced this before at a chic fil a. Might be a staffing issue or training not sure just trying to help a little with feedback. This chic fil a is not meeting consistency of quality from speed of service to food preparation compared to the rest of the ones locally. One more thing I received a free voucher for one time that they took so long to give me my food which was only one entree and a side but the voucher had an expiration date when I went to use it was expired it was only good for a week. Why give a customer a free entree voucher for their trouble that expires in a week? I wish they would have told me at least that the voucher had an expiration date so that way I knew to comeback before the date but I wasn’t told that it had an expiration date. That’s wild. I may stop comming here and just continue going to the other one because I would hate to loose my love for chic fil a because of these issues. What a bummer.

    I know what you're thinking, every chick fil a is the same. But have you seen the mobile order line here? I have been saying it for years, why can there not be a separate lane for mobile orders that move much faster than ordering with staff? I pulled up on opening day and my jaw dropped. Because finally!! I zipped through 2020 style with as little contact as possible and passed up the peasants in line to order. My teenager loves the chicken and hates the long wait, but when I scanned my QR code and went right around, he was impressed. I dunno if you know this, but 13 year olds are not easily impressed. Everyone working wore friendly smiles, called me by name, and then gave us free cones for our wait on our food. The food was perfect, everything always right, nothing overly smashed into one bag on a large order. The fact this location opened up across the street from me is terrible news for my wallet. I used to talk myself out of a kale crunch and a frosted lemonade specifically for the drive 😆 Now it's only one stop light away and always on he way home.
