- KCKyzae CarterOct 8, 20261.0Around maybe 12 PM 12:30 PM on October 8, 2026 My mother placed an Uber eats order. She was contacted by the driver, asking how we received our order yet which was confusing to her because the driver had only just got into the restaurant. Apparently this Chick-fil-A gave our Uber eats order to another driver without verification then the current driver that was there to pick up our order was being told that our Food would not be remade because it goes against their policies to remake Food. That’s not their fault which it was their fault. They gave the food to somebody that did not have authority to have the food so then they remain the food and gave it to another driver and they gave us everything except the meat that was supposed to be on our spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches so apparently that seems very retaliatory from their associate Deja, who did not want to have to make the order twice and sent it out knowing that it didn’t have the meat on the sandwiches and then because I don’t have a vehicle, they were telling me they would remake it a third time, but I would have to drive up there in the storm in order to go get it, which is another inconvenience to me to have to deal with the mistake that they’ve made not once but twice I have never received this level of customer service from a Chick-fil-A. I will not be spitting my money there again because why should I have to take time out of my day? I’m running my business now to go up there to deal with it issue that your associates me twice and then have no remedy for that. Now you can see in the photos we received everything except the meat on our sandwiches now tell me that was not being spiteful. Nasty for no reason. I also spoke with Matt, who is the one who told us to come up there and pick up the new order in which I told him that it was an inconvenience for me because I do not have a vehicle which is why we had it delivered

First, the traffic was absolutely terrible and made the whole experience frustrating. Second, we ordered large fries, but the amount we received was extremely small and definitely did not look like a large portion. Lastly, the chicken had a very strange and different taste. It tasted so off that I couldn’t even finish my meal. This was definitely not the quality or experience I normally expect from Chick-fil-A.
