I live less than 5 minutes from here so I’m here often and it never ever ever fails you will sit in that lane with only 2 cars in front of you while you watch 3,4,5+ cars order and get moving in the left lane. For this location to be as crazy busy as it consistently is, they need to fix that!

I went to chick-fil-A today, and I ordered a Fried Spicy Chicken Sandwich and medium fries with no salt. Well, I am not sure if they have a new version of the fried sandwich because my sandwich was ice cold. I ordered servi-car, but I only live 5 min away from this chick-fil-A, which means the sandwich was served cold. In addition, I paid for medium fries. Question: When they ask small or medium, is it for the fries quantity or just the box? Because I got the box medium, but the fries quantity was small. I will need clarification on this because it is not worth paying for medium box if I will get small box fries quantity. Customer service is always great; however, this review is only related to bad food quality (cold fried chicken) and wrong size promotion (receive small fries in medium box). Please kindly review this feedback and improve these services. Thank you.
