There isn’t much parking here and some of what there is is reserved for park and go orders and handicap, leaving few very actual spots and most of those spots must have been filled by employees as there was no one inside when we arrived . The food at this one seemed fresher. I guess they can do that as they are not as busy. What I definitely did not appreciate was having to spend my entire breakfast listening to the two young men working talking about how much they drank and how drunk they were the night before. That’s their business and I could care less what they do but I don’t want to hear about it so loud that I feel as if I am part of the conversation. They were yelling, perhaps still drunk? It was very rude and unprofessional and I do not appreciate it. Not with Chick Fil A’s “Christian environment “. More bar environment if you ask me. Not the type of place I would like to eat at again after this experience. So glad I didn’t have my grandkids with me.

As the vehicle in front of us moved forward, a red car approached from the opposite direction and cut into the line, bypassing the many customers who had been patiently waiting. The line had extended into the gas station parking lot, and everyone else was following the proper order. Several customers were understandably frustrated, and a few honked their horns in response to the situation. It was disappointing to see someone disregard the line while everyone else was waiting their turn. We are writing to commend Caleb for the calm, professional, and respectful way he handled the situation. Once the driver realized that cutting in line would not be allowed, they left the drive-thru. Caleb then came to our vehicle and apologized for the inconvenience. His willingness to address the situation fairly and courteously made a lasting impression on us. We thanked Caleb because it is not always easy to stand up for what is right, especially in a tense situation. He handled it with professionalism, integrity, and kindness, and we truly appreciate the way he represented Chick-fil-A. We hope Caleb receives the recognition he deserves for his outstanding customer service. You have an exceptional team member, and we wanted to make sure his efforts did not go unnoticed.
