I asked for 1 empty salad container and was met with unnecessary attitude over such a simple request. I even offered to pay but was simply told no, the location could not provide me with one either way. On top of that, I specifically asked for three ranch and three buffalo sauces, but my receipt shows only one ranch and two buffalo, which is not what I requested. I don’t mind if there is a limit or an additional charge, but that should have been communicated to me instead of changing my order without saying anything. The food was good, but the customer service and overall experience were extremely disappointing. Seth, I don’t believe that salad container was coming out of your paycheck but I hope you can sleep better at night.

Honestly, no complaints about the food—I’d definitely recommend trying it! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I don’t really like the material of the cup lid. When you’re driving, the top can come off pretty easily, and if the drink spills, it could stain or damage your car seats, especially lighter-colored ones like cream or gray. I think a more secure plastic lid than foam would be a great improvement. It was also a little pricey at around $19, but overall, I’d definitely come back!

Chikfila does not make the order until you are at the restaurant so once I go through the drive thru then I'm directed to pull around and wait in one of the waiting parking spaces. So I pulled around and waited for about 5 minutes when my order was delivered. It was short a fry so I had to go into the restaurant for them to make up another fry. No sorry or apology or offer of free food to make up for the mistake. Just here ya go. So the fries and food was cold by the time I driven home just a few minutes away. That day wasn't real busy for the staff so there is no excuse for the mistake or not offering some recompense.
