- SASue St Amour5 days ago1.0I was very excited to see Chick fil a at SeaWorld in Orlando yesterday so my husband and I decided it was a good choice for lunch. What a great disappointment. We ordered the equivalent of an 8 piece nugget meal each but the items were priced individually and it cost over $50!!! The prices were displayed but were very confusing. Also I am used to excellent and friendly staff who seem to really enjoy their jobs at Chick fil a - this was certainly not the case. Pretty much a "take it or leave it"attitude. It was certainly not our pleasure. Definitely not the experience that Truett Cathy would want.

- JTjoshua torresApr 4, 20261.0TERRIBLE SERVICE, not only with the predatory pricing where they DO NOT MAKE MEALS AND PRICE EVERYTHING UP, they charge almost 12$ for a single sandwich WITH NO SIDES and to make it worse they serve you with the BREAKFAST fillets and not even the regular sandwhich fillets, the team member who assisted, by the name of Emily was extremely rude and disrespectful, me and my partner were ordering our food, and were taking a few extra seconds to decide and Miss Emily not only rushed us but verbally stated “I need you guys to hurry up” RUSHING US OUT, predatory and taking advantage of regular consumers and on top of that, you can not only use your points BUT YOU CANNOT EVEN REDEEM THEM EVEN WITH THE HIGH PRICING, really hope the franchise owner of this establishment really does something to fix this, if not I HOPE it gets shut down.
