- AAAdamJul 2, 20262.0Food and service is what you’d expect from Chik Fil A, great. The parking lot however, is a master class in absurdity. Navigate a maze with cars parked and minimal room to turn. Witnessed two cars nearly collide because of no room to maneuver. How they included parking spaces that intrude into a thru lane is beyond stupid. If you care about your vehicle, choose another location. Otherwise, take the risk driving in their absurdly tight parking lot. You were warned.

Im so happy that I live behind this store and I can just hop on over at anytime. Every employee is customer service minded, and always makes me feel at home. The staff was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. The manager even stopped by our table to check on us and personally offered to clear our table after we finished our meal, which was a thoughtful touch. It was especially refreshing to see so many young adults and teenagers providing such exceptional service with professionalism, kindness, and positive attitudes. The owner/manager is truly a gem and has done an outstanding job creating a welcoming atmosphere and leading such an amazing team. Kudos to the team!

We ordered ahead on the app, thinking we were hacking the system. We were fools. We have been sitting in this two-lane structural bottleneck moving at the blistering pace of exactly one car every five minutes. I have watched the sunset, the sunrise, and I’m pretty sure the family in the minivan next to me has aged out of their middle school phase since we pulled in. Chick-fil-A is usually a finely tuned Swiss watch of fried chicken efficiency. The employees are normally running around like a high-speed NASCAR pit crew. Today? I think they are back there hand-rearing the chickens from hatchlings. I've had shorter layovers at MCO. This is officially the longest Chick-fil-A wait of my entire earthly existence. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is because I know that when I finally reach the window in the next calendar year, someone is going to hand me a warm bag of waffle fries, look me dead in the eyes, and say "My pleasure," and my broken soul will instantly forgive them. If you are hungry today, maybe pack a rations kit, update your will, and clear your calendar before entering this dual-lane abyss.
