It had rained earlier but when I arrived at this location the rain had stopped close to an hour prior to me placing my order online and arriving at the restaurant. We were stuck in the drive thru for an hour and 7 minutes! Once in the drive thru lane you cannot exit until all the cars in front of you exit. There were no associates working the drive thru so I had no idea what the problem was. When we got to the window the young lady explained there was a convention next door and they were busier than normal. What if there were an emergency and someone had to leave immediately? They couldn't. On top of waiting such a long time, when I drove off with my order there were no napkins or condiments. Extremely poor service! It would have been a better experience if they would have had someone walk through the drive thru area to let customers know why the long wait, not just ignore us. While I will continue to go go to Chick-fil-A, I will never visit this location again.

- SSSuper StretchAug 22, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received today at the Chick-fil-A on Universal Blvd, especially from the manager, Isaac. We waited about 10 minutes in the drive-thru because we were trying to use a printed, paid voucher from the Convention Center that clearly stated it was for a 4-count chicken nuggets meal. Isaac told us that our “family voucher” did not qualify, even though we could not find anything in the fine print stating that. What bothered me most was not even the voucher issue. It was the way the situation was handled. Isaac was very cold, dismissive, and unwilling to offer any help or explanation beyond simply refusing it. As a manager, I expected him to at least listen to our concern, explain the policy respectfully, or try to find a reasonable solution. We left feeling very unwelcome and frustrated. This was definitely not the kind of friendly customer service we normally expect from Chick-fil-A. Very disappointing experience.
