- TXThe RAVEN _Hyper XMay 7, 20261.0Everything was great the employees the staff, the food, service was amazing but the manager that’s there named Sasha, she treats all her employees and also customers so poorly, there’s moments where staff are doing there normal routines and she comes out yells at them sometimes even picks on them and talks bad behinds there back I heard it with my own ears, and even had treated me and other customers extremely poorly, she doesn’t deserve her position and needs to be terminated immediately, other than her everything was great !

I understand it was busy lunchtime hour, That was not an excuse. I normally order my food through the app, but my phone wasn’t working. So I placed my order in person, I receive Chicken tenders that were burnt a salad without a fork or dressing. I didn’t even order fries, but I received it.

She had no shame on treated them bad infront of us customers. I felt very VERY bad in this environment I hope these employees are okay and I don’t think Sasha is a good choice for this company. Chick fil a is an amazing company and she is ruining it. And making it look bad if in reality that the nice polite people u see is just an act. She shouldn’t be there she needs to be DISCONTINUED ASAP!. this is very sad…
