As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- LLLuxianaMay 11, 20265.0There's a girl with glasses I think her name was Chey , Very amazing very social and was very accommodating!! She made sure we got everything we needed and for our order to be proper and right We visited on Saturday and it was super busy me and my girls just got out from the club that day she was taking our order and assisting everyone else I am amazed I saw one girl on her phone not helping her I would like to say that's isn't very fair but overall I will be coming back she introduced new food items which I'm very interested in trying next time.

Not sure what the company's time restraints have changed to for the drive-through window but it's making the customer service bad for drive-through customers. We were not the only ones that had to park to wait for food in the 20 mins we waited. Three other people drove through while we waited and all were told to wait in the parking area. If they hadn't charged my card already I would have left.

Our order was wrong and still wrong after they tried to correct it. Amazing experience. Highly recommended if you’re having a good day and would like that to change.
