  I placed a large order last nite I have had two other experiences with this location that I should've learned from but I gave them another chance last nite. I ordered 4 of the sourdough meals got charged 3 were the double melts and were not on sourdough they were on regular tiny smooshed buns, the 4th sourdough was the double with bacon and all the toppings I literally got a single burger with no bacon and very little of the rest of the toppings and again no sourdough bun a small smooshed bun. I also ordered 4 regular cheeseburgers and added onion to all and all 4 did not have any onion or pickles barely any ketchup or mustard. I understood this was a large order that is why I placed it online and when I arrived I very much understood having to wait and was very very cool about it any changes to my order like no sourdough should have been told to me and I shouldn't have been charged for what I didn't get. I should've been told sorry were not giving you any of the burgers you ordered but would u like to order this? Cuz I sure wouldn't have ordered what was given to me. I tried to call the restaurant about this cuz I dont live close by I left a voicemail you cant reach a live person and no one calls back. I will not be back to this location. Update- I went to the little link provided from the owner below it just brings you to the website lol doesn't actually help you with anything 🤣 so I did take the survey and made sure I added all my complaints

  Ordered from here 3 nights in a row. My brother in NJ always talked highly about checkers so when I saw it right down the street from my girlfriend I had to give it a go. Great pricing on the food (big fan of the 2 for $7) and tasty burgers both beef and chicken. Super quick, friendly workers and great prices.

  Usually I have a good experience with Checkers, no issues or anything but at this location just said challenge accepted and hit me with a ton of issues. First, I ordered the spicy chicken flatbread combo, usually it's pretty good, today it was burnt and inedible. Second, I ordered the Large combo and the employee filled it up All the way to the top with ice, so much in fact that I finished my drink while waiting for the food. When I asked for a refill the employee said they don't offer refills, seriously? Like I quite literally got a cup with ice with just like a couple sips of soda, which by the way they were out of coke, and I can't even get a refill? He ended up giving me a refill but didn't dump out the ice saying it was their policy that they put a ton of ice in the drink, I seriously don't believe that. Also I got one of the apple pies and even that was cold. What are these employees doing? Do they not understand the meaning of customer service? I rarely go to this location and now I remember why. Do better Checkers.

  on a past order that I placed through the app a pretzel burger two of them I got two regular burgers with regular buns also I am a delivery driver and it is over 80° today outside so I asked if I can have a drink which they wanted to charge me for which is no problem if the order was ready when I arrived delivery drivers are not paid for waiting at the store we are paid to stop at a store to pick a order of that is already prepared and drop it off so waiting at the store is costing me money and then to buy a drink would be paying you guys on top of already getting costed money waiting for the order not to mention my previous order for myself that I placed on the app that was not correct also instead of repairing the order you get asked three different times what order you are there for very unprofessional
