As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

My brother was even employed by the company for several years. Because of this long history, it is extremely disappointing and unacceptable that this is the first time we have experienced such unprofessional behavior. During this visit, I was yelled at over the speaker and told to leave. After that, we proceeded to the drive-thru window and waited over 15 minutes without being attended to. When someone finally came to the window, it was the same person who had yelled at me earlier (the manager), a woman wearing a gray shirt with green hair. She yelled at us again through the window and then abruptly closed it. When my wife went to the front to speak with staff, she was told that the manager had no name. She also spoke with two young employees who said nothing and were simply laughing during the situation. At the same time, another customer was denied service because of their appearance, even though they showed they had money to pay for their order. The level of disrespect, poor service, and discrimination we experienced was completely unacceptable. This occurred at approximately 11:50 PM on April 17, 2026, at Checkers, 6371 West Colonial Drive.”
