  Excellent quality as expected from Cava, the girls on the line were very nice and fast. Huge relief this Cava is managed properly as my last visit to another Cava in the area was a huge disappointment. Oh and the harissa chips were delicious! The store itself was ok, well kept but maybe I was expecting a nicer FOH for being in the Millenia Mall, but it was nice

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service from Sarai Cajiao! I had a wonderful experience at CAVA, and I especially want to recognize Sarai Cajiao, Assistant General Manager, for her exceptional customer service.❤️ The Falafel Crunch Bowl was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, satisfying, and beautifully prepared. It’s definitely one of my favorite choices at CAVA!🍲 What made my experience even better, however, was Sarai. She was attentive, warm, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a positive experience. Her customer service went above and beyond what you typically encounter. She made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer, and her professionalism was truly impressive. Sarai is a wonderful representative of CAVA and clearly understands what it means to provide stellar hospitality and leadership. Employees like her make a lasting impression and are a real asset to the company.🌻 CAVA has great food, but outstanding employees like Sarai are what make customers want to come back. I highly recommend the Falafel Crunch Bowl, and I especially commend Sarai for the excellent service she provides! Thank you, Sarai, for making my visit such a positive experience!

  Worst CAVA I’ve been to. Messed up my order by adding garlic dressing when I told them not to. Then messed up again by not adding feta when I told them to. And also gave me really small portions when they realized that they had to remake my first order.
