  Kiri was super sweet. She was one of the only two people on the line when I came in and I could tell it was tiring but she handled me with patience and a smile. I appreciate her explaining everything and always being friendly. Loved the food but I especially loved her, I will be coming again.

  A huge staff goes to the Cava staff! I brought my mother-in-law (MIL) for the 1st time. She's blind and I guided her through the ordering process and the plethora of healthy options! The staff were incredibly patient and answered her questions. THANK YOU for the kindness! Of course the food was great! My MIL looks forward to the next visit 😃

  Had such a great experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Emily. She was so helpful in helping me decide what to order, answered my questions, and even offered me a sample so I could find the perfect choice. I ended up getting the salmon bowl with the dill sauce, and it was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can tell there’s care put into both the food and the customer experience. Thank you, Emily, and the whole team, for making my visit such a wonderful one. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🤍

  Good was great. Service was great. Atmosphere was great. The new staff on line is trained great and the cashier Marcus helped me out allot. Definitely a top tier restaurant and team this store has!!! Thank you Marcus and everyone!!!

  I love CAVA! The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is amazing. I did have one negative experience when I first visited. As a first-time customer, I needed a little extra time to decide what to order, and one employee made me feel a bit rushed. Fortunately, another staff member quickly stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Ever since then, my visits have been excellent. One thing to keep in mind: if you visit on a Sunday, especially later in the day, they may be out of some menu items. Other than that, any day is a great day to go—just try to get there earlier on Sundays. There's also one employee whose name I can't quite remember (I think it starts with an "M"). I'll update this review when I get his name because he is absolutely the best! Friendly, helpful, and always provides outstanding customer service. If you're not sure what to order, try my favorite bowl: SuperGreens Basmati Rice No dip Spicy Lamb Meatballs Harissa Chicken Avocado Roasted corn Tomatoes and onions Crispy pita bits Topped with Garlic Sauce Thank me later!
