  I was very disappointed with my experience at this new CAVA location. I’ve been to several other CAVA locations, and I have never received portions this small. On top of that, the customer service was very disappointing. The staff was quite rude and seemed annoyed whenever we tried to ask questions about the menu. They also didn’t seem willing to explain the menu or help new customers understand the different options. I’m especially disappointed because I brought my sisters with me so they could try CAVA for the first time, and unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the customer service and the overall experience.

  This store has only been open 3 days and the line was out the door. They had 16 people on staff, all hustling to move the line through while passing off takeout orders too. There were 15 customers in front of me in line and I was through it in less than 10 minutes. Adrien and Elisia made sure the few completely understandable hiccups i experienced during the store's grand opening were taken care of quickly even during the biggest rush ive seen in a Cava; more care than I deserved for how busy it was, honestly. Im very grateful for those two helping me out. I love the food at Cava. Very grateful they have good, courteous staff on for such a busy day. Thank you Adrien and Elisia!!

  Very disappointing experience at the Lake Nona restaurant opening. Unfortunately, neither the staff nor the restaurant seemed prepared to handle the large number of customers. There was one young woman working in the corner who was constantly helping customers and doing her best to keep things moving, but most of the other staff members kept disappearing into the kitchen and seemed to disengage when they ran out of sides or other supplies. The portions were also noticeably smaller compared to every other CAVA location I’ve visited, which made the experience even more disappointing. I understand that opening days can be very busy, but considering how many people are likely to visit this new location, I think the team needs to be much better prepared in terms of staffing, food availability, organization, and portion consistency. I hope they make the necessary improvements because I’ve had much better experiences at other CAVA locations.

  Ordered pick up for drive thru pick up this evening and had no expectations knowing it was their first day open. I love CAVA and was so happy to finally have one in Lake Nona! The guys at the window were super nice and my order was ready 5 minutes early. I am someone who when doing take out I will always ask for no ice for my drink if I’m going home so I get more drink and I can just add ice myself later. There wasn’t an option for that when ordering but my drink was cold and had no ice, so bonus points for me! Looking forward to regularly stopping by and hopefully dining in soon :-)

  I was so excited to go to Cava on the opening day and the portions were so small, I was honestly shocked. We got a salmon bowl and a kids meal and we both left very hungry. I’m so disappointed. Taste was not good, food was cold and staff were rude. Kids meal was very bland. Atmosphere was also dirty which is weird because it’s the first day. Terrible experience. Avoid this location. Save your money and time and go to Bolay down the street for a much better quick dining experience with tastier food and friendlier staff.
