    Super nice place with very good food. The chicken was juice and everything felt fresh. Keira and Maria made us feel welcome from beginning to end, they were super nice and helpful guiding through the (wide) options for the bowls. I will definitely be coming back. Great food and great service

    Ordered 2 days in a row. 5 the first day then 3 the next. All orders to have free pita. Got shorted both days. Only got 1 pita the second day for three people so 2 went without. Unacceptable

    Jan and Kiera are great employees very personable very friendly and professional. The food was awesome, first time eating cava, will be back, thanks for the experience.

    The food here is really good except for an encounter I had today. My first trip here the staff was super friendly and walked me through their options I ended up ordering a kids meal to try new things in addition, I got the salmon protein along with my meal with no up charge. Today I ordered the exact same thing and was told I wasn’t allowed to have salmon with the kids meal and I offered to pay the up charge that is standard pricing to the bowls, I apologize for not knowing that I couldn’t do that. They made an exception which was nice of them, but they all seemed annoyed that I had salmon in my kids meal and when it came time to pay, I ended up paying $17 for a kids meal that I didn’t agree to until it was time to tap my card. I could’ve just walked away and not paid but I didn’t want to waste food. This is the case there should be signage stating that and the first employee shouldn’t have done it then. I’d like to come back but this was not a good experience

    The food is good but there are many issues. Overall cleanliness must be improved, multiple flies around and restrooms very dirty. The cashier was going back and forth from making pitta chips to work on the cash register, same gloves handling money and food. I also had an issue with service. I ordered steak, was told to wait 3 minutes. Agreed. Then a few seconds later was told to wait 6 minutes for the steak. Agreed again since i had no hurry. Then a minute later she says they’re out of steak. I asked if she was sure since she had mentioned it was just a few minutes but she reiterated that they ran out. I understood and ordered lamb. When I went to pay, i saw steaks on the grill. There’s no need to lie or makeup excuses when a customer has no problem waiting. There are cleanliness and service issues but the food is good. Management needs to asses these issues and the restaurant will be great.
