  The food at this place is amazing, but unfortunately, the staff is very rude and discourteous. I have visited multiple times, but I’ve now decided to go to a different location because the problem is definitely not the food—it’s the employees.

  Hailey was awesome’! Caleb and the manger were great as well! I came in right before closing and they went out of there way to make sure I didn’t get a black eye from my wife,lol! I had a great experience and the food was fantastic!!!!

  Terrible customer service,the lady was super rude,not surprised the place was empty on Saturday evening at 7.30pm. Expensive,poor recipe and the food was not good either. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

  This location is absolutely amazing. Jose and his team did a fabulous job taking care of our party of 10! They were so accommodating and friendly, and don't get me started on the food. It was DELICIOUS. I would post a photo of my beautiful bowl, but I devoured it. I am visiting from out of town because there isn't a cava by me, but this is the ONLY location in Florida I would go to. Seriously top notch service and quality of food, I wish I could give more then 5 stars!

  I've been saving this review after countless times coming to CAVA. Life has its ups and downs, but through all of them, there is one person who has consistently given me the absolute best service ever: Jan. I always see him holding it down on cash, and he has honestly never let me down once. His energy is unmatched, his improvisations are top-notch, and he always makes every single visit feel special. Always come to this Cava to see Jan the Man!! The G.O.A.T of this area!!
