  Had an idea online order, it wasn't correct and it was genuinely the worst cava bowl I have had. I was nuked with feta and garlic and missing all the other toppings I got.

  I went a couple days after opening, and the staff were all smiling and welcoming me in. The bowl I got, however, was underwhelming. The quality of the food was good, but the quantity was much less than any location I’ve ever been to, like drastically so. I’ve never been able to see the sides of my bowl with the lid on and yet I could clearly see them. When asking for any veggies, it was like tweezers were used to place them into my bowl, and the scoop of rice was so little I added some at home using my rice cooker. I would normally be forgiving since the location just opened and staff were I’m assuming still novice in training, but the Waterford location just opened and suffers from none of these issues. I’m not that person asking for double everything and nickle-and-diming the establishment, but I expect to be served an adult portion for $13.50. Up in the north east (DC, NC, Maryland) the Cavas appropriately give you portions, and even at the newly opened Waterford location they do a great job. In terms of portions, the ranking in my area is Waterford > Red Bug Lake > University. Although I live nearer to this Cava and was excited to have one so close to me, I will be driving to the busier Waterford plaza.

  Everyone was really friendly, but the amount of food they give you is much less than their other locations. I'd rather drive a couple more minutes to the Waterford Cava and get a completely full bowl.
