  I had a pickup order for today June 10th, 2 grains and greens bowls. I ordered it around 12:30pm and was just now @2pm able to pick it up. Usually that’s never an issue and it stays on the pickup wall they have till picked up.My mom went in there to pickup my food an employee told her that my food wasn’t there available for pickup. I verified that this was the Cava that I ordered the 2 bowls at and that it was paid for. I didn’t get the employee’s name but she was very rude. She appeared hispanic, wore glasses. She was at both the cash register and the line. I didn’t appreciate her being so rude after my mom verified with a screen shot of the order, location, and time of the order. She did not want to prepare the food that was paid for pickup at this location. I’ve never had this issue before at this Cava location.

  This was my 1st time trying this venue. The esthetic is nice. The employees I interacted with were kind, warm & patient. They took time to explain any thing I asked. I am a picky eater, so it was recommended I just create my own bowl, and I did. I enjoyed the food. The sauces I was able to get on the side. I don't remember all the names. I tasted all, and I only added 2 to my meal. The green pesto looking one and a garlic one. I'll definitely be back to go 1 step above my norm.

  Horrible customer service. Whoever hired these people didn’t do a good job. Especially the Hispanic looking dude on the register acted rude

  Trinity made my bowl she made me feel welcomed and heard, Jordan was really nice too he gave me a free cup and Joey the grill guy was moving fast and organized and Leo was washing those dishes like his life depended on it I would recommend this location to people.

  Super tiny portion size. You'd be better off going to somewhere like bolay or Chipotle. Similar price but probably double the food and still good quality. Disappointed because I think they've decreased their portion sizes over the years especially at this new location
