  The atmosphere was amazing here Bryan assisted as well as all of the other workers Janiya, Mojo and Jordan all assisted us and were great. Definitely stop by for a nice pot plate!!!

  Jordan was serving me at cava today, he was so respectful. He made my food quick and efficiently. He treated me with much respect. And it resulted in a 10 out of 10 experience. Jordan is an awesome team member.

  We frequently choose Cava for team lunches, but recent experiences have fallen short of standard expectations. Today, my meal was missing hummus, avocado I paid extra for, and I had to wait several minutes at the store to get the pita chips that weren’t on my bowl either. With orders consistently missing items, it feels like the online order station needs additional staffing during peak hours. I hope this feedback helps improve fulfillment going forward. In the meantime, I would appreciate a refund for my $22 lunch that was lacking key ingredients.

  My family and I came in for lunch this afternoon, it took forever to be seen by any employee. A manager with the name tag “isa” was standing in the kitchen asking the grill cook what his type is very loudly. I just think this is inappropriate, considering there’s customers waiting to be seen at the same time

  I couldn't find a private way to report this, so I'm doing it here. Getting cooked lentils here is a hit or miss, and very risking ordering when picking up. If you want lentils with your order, make sure to sample them there in line while ordering live to make sure they are cooked. Otherwise you'll be stuck chewing on little rocks at home or the office.
