Come for the food, stay for the great service. My wife and I had an early dinner and May was our waitress. She greeted us with a very pleasant and friendly attitude. May took our appetizer, numerous drinks, and our food order without writing anything down. Our order came out with no errors, the food came out fresh and tasted great. May kept our drinks full and stopped by the table often to see if we needed anything. If you are in the area and want good food stop by Carrabbas. If you want great service ask to have May as your waitress.
Great service from start to finish! We celebrated a birthday and were seated quickly, which made the experience even better. Imelda was our server and she was amazing—friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout the meal. Imelda did a fantastic job by taking great care of my family tonight at Carrabas international drive. She was very professional, patient with my kids and a contagious smile. Thank you Imelda and the Carrabas team
It’s a quiet spot with good service from the waiters. However, the food was nothing special—in fact, I actually had to swap my initial order for a different dish because I didn't like it. I also found that, in terms of presentation, the dishes didn't look anything like what was shown on the menu. I do not recommend it.

I had a truly terrible experience with Carrabba’s today. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich lunch deal through DoorDash, which came with a salad, cookie, and drink. Since I had not eaten all day, I started eating quickly and did not immediately realize something was wrong. Halfway through the sandwich, I picked up the other half and discovered the chicken was completely raw in the center. I was absolutely horrified, especially realizing I had already eaten a good portion of it.
I immediately called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager. The person I spoke to identified himself as the kitchen manager. Instead of showing concern that a customer had consumed raw chicken, his first response was to tell me to contact DoorDash for a refund. At that point, I honestly did not even care about the refund — I was concerned about the serious health risk of eating undercooked chicken.
What made the situation even worse was the lack of empathy and accountability. He never sincerely apologized, never seemed concerned about my wellbeing, and repeatedly told me there was no general manager or assistant manager available. Later, I called the restaurant and was immediately able to speak with the general manager, which made it clear I had been misled.
Thankfully, the general manager, Julia, handled the situation much more professionally. She apologized, filed an incident report, and said she would contact corporate regarding a comp card. I appreciate Julia for taking the situation seriously.
However, I am still extremely disappointed and disturbed by how casually the kitchen manager handled serving raw chicken to a customer. This was not a minor mistake — this was a serious food safety issue, and the complete lack of concern or accountability was unacceptable.
