  I came in today with my friend for happy hour and the bar tender at the bar was completely rude and awful. I tried to order a drink on the happy hour and I gave her my ID and she told me “this isn’t you this is your mom” I’m sorry but my mom would not be born in 2005. She told me that my REAL ID that is MY ID wasn’t me and I was trying to impersonate my mom even though my mom couldn’t even be possibly born in 2005😂. I am completely of age and legally allowed to order drinks and she would not accept my ID and continued to make comments and disrespect me. I’m aware I look on the younger side but this was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. I shouldn’t have had to experience this when me and my friend were trying to celebrate our new business we’re opening. Completely awful service and awful bartender. We left and were in complete shock from the treatment we received.

  Happy hour for the last 6 years is our favorite here. Bar staff are awesome, especially Zee. She's is who brings us here every week. Food is always excellent no doubt. Good choice of Happy hour appetizers and drinks. Keep up the good work!! Kudos Zee!

  Our server, Arianna, made our experience absolutely amazing. She was so kind, professional, and accommodating to our dietary needs. My husband has a dairy allergy, and Arianna went above and beyond to make sure he could have a dairy-free meal. The restaurant was very clean and had a professional, yet rustic vibe. Would definitely come here again.

  Burntwood Tavern is one of my favorite spots in Orlando and the service is the biggest reason why. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel like a regular. A special shoutout to Lola behind the bar. She is incredibly warm, welcoming, and somehow seems to remember everyone’s name. She has a way of making every guest feel at home, and that level of hospitality is rare. The food and drinks are excellent too. The Taberna IPA, brewed exclusively for Burntwood Tavern by SweetWater Brewing, is fantastic, and the Avocado Chicken Flatbread is absolutely delicious. Add in an everyday happy hour with great deals, and it’s hard to beat. If you’re looking for a relaxed place with outstanding service, great food, and a quality beer selection just minutes from Restaurant Row, Burntwood Tavern is well worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back.
