    Very nice location. Food is always good, full bar is a plus, service is better than most, and plenty of TVs to watch whatever sport is on. Can get a little crowded but definitely worth a visit.

    Just don’t go here. I’m a local and have been trying for years and have NEVER had a good experience. Literally check the picture from a review 4 years ago. The food is somehow worse and the service was bad enough I had to walk outside and write another review. When we arrived a nice manager helped us get a high chair and then offered instead to get us a booster seat since our child was enjoying being in the booth more. He was kind and helpful and was the ONLY bright spot in this visit. I wish I would’ve caught his name before he left from his shift because he was great. Now once we sat down we waited and waited and eventually a waitress came over and cleared a table beside us then said she’d be right with us. I felt she could’ve definitely helped us first then cleaned up a table but that’s fine. We waited and she came back and asked for drinks. Eventually came back with drinks and we were prepared to order our appetizer if not whole meal. She didn’t even give us the option. Walked away and said she’d be right back. She was not. She visited two other tables. Took their order. Made eye contact with me FOUR times across the dining room before coming back to us. We also managed during that time to spill a drink and the only person that gave us napkins was another guest at a nearby table. THREE servers walked by and no one offered help. I had to get up and get napkins myself. Eventually she took our order and I remember specifically ordering an appetizer and our food as our meal and naturally all of it came out at once and was just kind of thrown at us like “here, geez”. As we were eating, the high chair we never asked for but the kind manager from before brought us was still sitting at the end of our table. Our server as well as the two others in the area all walked by serval times huffing and puffing like it was a huge inconvenience to walk around it. So much so I took the high chair back up to the front because how dare it be in the way of our waitress or servers? Like I said, I eventually got up from the table because I couldn’t sit there any longer with all the servers staring at the dining room and pointing over towards us whether they were or not it was an incredibly weird environment and way to behave and made me super uncomfortable. Additionally, the food was nasty. The new fries are gross. I never want to name people by name unless I’m shouting them out, but Daniela was our server and I think some more training or a better attitude would’ve done wonders in our experience. Even my even keeled husband noted a couple times how rude her attitude was for no reason. I’ve worked in food and beverage before too and nobody’s forcing you to be here if you’re miserable, but don’t make my experience that way if you’re in a bad mood. I hope this finds the right people and yall get some customer service figured out. For anyone that’s read this far, I do not recommend this location. If you’re dying for BDubs, go to any other location. If you just want wings or burgers try literally anywhere else — Fridays next door, Sickies, NYPD Pizza, Beth’s Burger Barn all down the road. And no, I will not be giving this place another try — EVER.

    09/25 Do not order delivery from this location. They let a different driver pickup my order and steal it so I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for them to remake and send with a new driver. And they sent me completely plain chicken even though I ordered with a sauce selected. Told me their manager didn’t even know how to get it to be able to resend with the proper order. So I got tempted to ordering for BOGO boneless and a free delivery code from email, all to wait an hour and half for plain chicken at 9:45pm. Honestly so horrible.

    Waited to be seated for about 5 minutes, had to ask someone if I could just sit at the bar. Sat down, waited 10 minutes and got up and walked out. But they could scream at the top of their lungs for someone doing a wing challenge. Very pitiful service.
