  Dined with my girlfriend during our limited stay here at Universal. Here are some of the highlights: Christina was incredible. Extremely personable and relatable. The deco was awesome for anyone who knew the movie, and I really love all the gimmicks. The food was great, and I think most can have a great time here. Shoutout to free shaker tumblrs on alcoholic drink purchases! Once again, fantastic service from the staff particularly Christina. She always had a smile on her face, and handed both the evening rush, and the "tutorial" for the restaurant gimmicks expertly. Thanks for making our first time super memorable!

  Now, I’m writing this review for my girlfriend because I’m a better linguist. I had the fish and chips and she had steak and shrimp, the food was- on my end exclusively not the best I’ve had. There wasn’t a whole lot of fish and the breading was rather chewy as opposed to crunchy. Her steak was absolutely fantastic (I’d know I stole a few bites) and the mashed potatoes were delightful. But the service, my *lord* the service, I have never had a better server in all my long long days of eating at restaurants I have never had a better waiter than Christopher, may thy name be hallowed and memorized forever more in this google review and may you win the review competition. None are more worthy than thy, bearer of late-coming-food hastened upon its way, and teller of some of the best jokes I have heard in a while.

  We had such an amazing experience at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. in Orlando! The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was so fun, but what truly made our visit unforgettable was our waiter, PJ, who went absolutely above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from beginning to end. The service was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring — the kind of service that completely elevates an entire evening. PJ made the experience even better than we could have ever expected, and you can truly tell he takes pride in what he does. And the Cajun shrimp… absolutely incredible. So good that we had to order more. A huge thank you to PJ and the entire team for such a memorable night. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Orlando!

  Food was great, we had the shrimp scampi pasta which was good, it could have been nice to have a creamy touch. We also had the Forrest seafood feast, very nice but a bit on the small size. We also had a big feast that had lobster, shrimp and fish and fries, this was supposed to be a big feast but we also found it to be on the small size. The highlight was among the appetizers, the shrimp shack Mac and cheese, wow, this should be a dish by itself and it was awesome. Price/amount and savor ratio the Mac and cheese was top. For desert we had the strawberry shortcake which was awesome. The service was good. The one thing I would say, the place could use a bit more cleanliness and our seat was damaged. I think that for a tourist destination at city walk it should be too notch. Thanks Ash for the good service, he knew English, Spanish and his native language as well. Note, this was during 2 separate visits.

  We visited Bubba Gump Shrimp this week and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Adrien again, who also looked after us 4 years ago on our last trip to Orlando. The fact we still remembered them all this time later says everything about the level of service they give. Adrien is genuinely one of the best servers we’ve ever had anywhere. Friendly, welcoming, attentive and brilliant at making the whole experience fun without it ever feeling forced. They remembered little details, kept everything running perfectly, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. The food was fantastic, but honestly Adrien is the reason this visit stood out so much for us. It’s rare to come back years later and receive the exact same amazing service from the same person. They’re a real credit to Bubba Gump Shrimp and a big reason we’ll keep coming back whenever we visit Florida. Thank you again Adrien, hopefully we’ll see you again in another 4 years
