As a manager, he truly makes a difference—he’s welcoming, attentive, great with the staff, and always helps create an excellent experience for guests. The service is consistently wonderful, the team is friendly, and you can tell Mike takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. We keep coming back because of the great atmosphere and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend stopping by!. Also our server/bartender Alex is great and the girls in our floor.

I tried the Clam Chowder for the first time; I can't believe I've been missing out all these years! The Calamari, Forrest Seafood Feast, and Shrimp New Orleans were also delicious. The battered fried pollock was a delicious alternative to typical cod, and the romilaud sauce went great with everything else in the feast, as well. As for me, I picked samples off my son's feast to dip in the New Orleans sauce of my shrimp. Of course that sauce went well with my shrimp, too! It was a great Labor Day evening of dining all around!

He was absolutely amazing, and even though we had a party of 16 he made sure everyone was taken care of and made it an incredibly fun experience for the whole family. The food was also really well made and everyone said it tasted great. With such a large party it's hard to keep all the orders straight while also making it a fun experience for everyone and Doug did both expertly. Would absolutely recommend for anyone on vacation to universal studios as it's right on city walk and is overall an incredible place to dine for the whole family.

We ordered the appetizer sampler for $27.49, and unfortunately, the portion size was extremely disappointing for the price. The service was also frustrating. After we finished eating, we waited at least 12 minutes just to get our check. When the server finally came over, she took our card and then continued assisting other tables. She later returned to our table with another check, forgetting that she already had our card. We had to remind her that she was still holding it. Overall, the food portions and service were not what we expected, especially considering the price. Unfortunately, this was definitely our first and last time dining at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

I at first said no, because I was not feeling a chain restaurant vibe, but I am so glad I agreed. I did not have high hopes but everything was fantastic. I had a shrimp heaven with broccoli and mashed potatoes. My nephew-in-law had Jambalya (spicy but a bit dry), my niece had the fried coconut shrimp with fries and my sister had the Bang Bang shrimp with fries. Everything was great but the jambalaya was dry, hence the 4 stars gor the food. Everything else was on point. My mashed potatoes were amazing as well as the fries (addictive). What made the evening even better was our server Leroy. He was personable, funny and very helpful. If you come to Bubba Gump ask to sit in Leroy's section he made our evening so much better. Thank you Leroy, I appreciated your personality, you made an end to our long day even more enjoyable.
